Attempted to order on their website, received an error the order could not process. I didn’t get any confirmation email or notification it went thru so i tried again. Got another error but checked my bank account and i was charged twice. I went to the store to ask the clerk if they got my order. They did not have either order requests even though i was charged since. The owner began putting in my order for me at the front. She then wanted me to swipe my card AGAIN to be charged. So you’re saying you’re going to charge my card three times in order to get one salad? Your system charged me twice already. Unprofessional and not worth the headache for an 11$ salad

I was disappointed with the service during my recent visit. After I placed my order, I received the wrong item. When I mentioned it to the cashier working on Friday morning sep 24, he became frustrated and raised his voice, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. Mistakes can happen, but I believe good customer service is about handling them kindly and professionally. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

Placing an 8 person order over the phone proved to be a difficulty. John was very rude over the phone and made sure to let me know I was making things very complicated for him by ordering over the phone. The only reason I called to order was because the website did not allow me to request extra chicken. I wanted to make sure I was charged for the extra chicken since it’s only fair. It would’ve been better if he would’ve asked me to call back instead of being hostile via phone. It’s really a shame because the food was amazing. I’d rather eat at another cafe that isn’t as good as this one, instead of ordering here again. Terrible service but amazing food. I guess we can’t have it all!

These folks do sandwiches right. Everything from the roast beef to their BLT is fabulous. Even their half-sandwiches are huge, and prices are more than reasonable.
