Imagine trying to enjoy your waffle from waffle house and you slice your tongue on eggshells cooked INTO the waffle. I’m so disgusted and disappointed. And I couldn’t even call the restaurant to make a complaint because the phones doesn’t allow us to speak to an employee.

Woah.. Honestly it’s disturbing how bad this customer services is . We came in, sat down. They didn’t want to clean the 3 open tables. They were just standing like mannequiness , and also talking to each other while there was about 6-9 customers waiting. The food was terrible. It came 20 minutes late, and the food was cold. Too lazy to even make chili and gravy. If I could’ve put no reviews I would’ve , We also gave them 1 dollar tip, just us being generous. THIS WAFFLE HOUSE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN PLEASE GET NEW EMPLOYEES . Save your time go get McDonald’s or go to another location.

My girlfriend and I have gone here a couple times now and every time the experience has been positive. This most recent time when we went this morning we had a waitress who was amazing. She had a great bubbly personality, smiled, checked in on us multiple times, and made great conversation even as the restaurant was swamped. Her name was Kaia.

went there 6:40 am on the Apr 13th Unit number 1453 ordered a bacon bowl and a two egg breakfast with over hard eggs. I asked for a side of grits and please put the bacon from the breakfast bowl on the side. First of all the guy cooked the eggs wrong he scrambled them and then the waitress took the eggs used her bare fingers and swiped the eggs on to the breakfast bowl. She thought I could see her, but I did. By this time after messing up the order totally the food was cold. Then I look at my receipt and there is no break down of the prices however there is a service charge for the waitress waiting on you $3.00 and another $3.00 for the plastic wear, then I realized she charged me $4.00 for the breakfast bowl bacon that I asked to put on the side.
That should of been free because that comes with the breakfast bowl. Sent an email to corporate nothing and I would like my money back. That place has went down hill and the bacon is so cheap. I have not been to the Waffle house in a long, long time and it is such a disappointment

Food was good but I didn’t receive all my food and I had a to go order and got to work to see I didn’t have anything. I tried to call but Waffle House apparently doesn’t have a way to reach people at the restaurant anymore. So I guess I’m just screwed out of stuff I paid for.

Don’t go to this Waffle House during the afternoon hours. Went around 5:45pm today and had the worst experience ever at this location. The two workers did not display proper customer service. The server being her first job was just talking to her co worker, forgetting orders, not bringing waffles out and having us wait 25 min for two waffles burning two in the process just so she could be on her phone and talk to the person on the phone and her coworker. Highly recommend going during morning hours or late at night. But never again the afternoon

I had a very disappointing experience with a server named Marsha, who behaved unprofessionally and was overheard telling customers that the establishment has issues with roaches and rats. I strongly recommend that DHEC conduct an immediate inspection to ensure the safety and cleanliness of this location.
