Ordered take out at one of the only Thai spots we could find on short notice and this place definitely hit the spot. The food was on point. We asked for spicy and they delivered on spicy. The pad see ew was lit and perfectly cooked and somehow survived the 20 minute drive to our hotel room. The spring rolls were filled to the brim with fresh ingredients and goodies. We all thought the curry was a genuine hit too. It went so good with the rice. The satay chicken was alright, a little on the bland side, and the sauce it came with was a bit overpowering, so use sparingly. The least favorite item for us was the seafood combo, as many of the items inside didn’t taste all that fresh, but that could have been the consequence of take out so we won’t put that on the kitchen. Overall great spot that we’d like to try again.

Lur Ros Thai Kitchen is hands down one of the best Thai restaurants in Vista! The food is incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish tastes authentic and made with love — you can really tell they care about quality and tradition.

The Pad Thai was perfectly balanced, the curries were rich and aromatic, and the Thai tea was amazing. The spice level was just right and customizable to your preference.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel like family. It’s the perfect spot for a casual dinner, date night, or family meal.
Highly recommend Lur Ros Thai Kitchen if you’re craving authentic Thai food in Vista. We will definitely be coming back!

Found this place while staying at the Welk, Great service, Fast Excellent meals with tons of flavor.
We started with Thai Tea
8 of us ordered, Summer roles, and Satay chicken, a Tom Kah soup,
Pad Thai, Cashew Chicken, Pad See Yew,
Panang chicken and Pinaple fried rice.
Inside had ample space for us with a nice clean dinning area inside and optional outdoor seating.
We shared all the dishes and there was leftover for a couple of take home items.
Everything was very tasty and spice levels were perfect for all.

We ordered takeout from Lur Ros Thai Kitchen for lunch today and it was such an experience! We tried the Green Curry, Pad Thai, and Pad See Ew, and every single dish was incredible. The flavors were truly 10/10. Rich, bold, perfectly balanced.

Portions were satisfying, everything was packed very well, and the quality exceeded our expectations.

We were so pleased with our meal, we highly recommend!

Spice levels 2-3 were pleasantly enough for us and we added some of the red pepper sauce (?) as needed.

Lur Ros Thai Kitchen is our favorite Thai spot in the area. The food is consistently delicious, full of flavor, and always hits the spot.

The yellow curry is my personal favorite, and the Pad See-Ewe is a must-order. Everything we’ve tried has been fresh and well-prepared.

I’ve never dined in, so I can’t speak to the ambiance or table service, but for takeout and DoorDash/UberEats, they’ve been reliable every time. Definitely our go-to for Thai food.

Incredible Thai food for a great price. The Tom Kha soup was phenomenal. So, so flavorful and fresh. I love the chopped chilies they gave us on the side to make our dishes extra spicy. Our waiter was very service-oriented as well. This place is a gem.

Stopped here on a whim. This was the best! Nice restaurant, great customer service, and the food is phenomenal! The orange chicken portion was huge and really good and crispy. The Red Curry is delicious! I got the chicken. Spice level 2. You can choose your spice level.
I highly recommend this place and look forward to trying a different dish!

I’ve been eating here for several years now. Dine in or take out, the food is consistently good and well priced for the quality. All of their curries are delicious and it’s hard to choose between those or a plate (my favorite is cashew nut). I often get to go orders, but go occasionally with my gf to dine in where we always receive excellent service. Highly recommended

Found this location from a recommendation from one of the exotic tree nurseries down the street. Next to a main road but not to busy or intrusive on our experience. The food was amazing and most important. Fresh authentic, spiced really well and I could not be more impressed with the quality and the chef. Beautiful atmosphere on the flower filled outside cozy seating area. A great place to spend time with a loved one on a bike ride. Will be going back for sure when in the area for sure. We visited in the morning in April 2025.

Friendly Thai restaurant that we discovered on a recent Sunday afternoon in Vista. Food was served quickly (not too many people eating, given the time we were there) and the staff was very friendly. We got 4 dishes and 2 appetizers and they were all enjoyable.
