Colorado Q and The Bakers Boutique is a local family owned restaurant that offers some of the best slow smoked BBQ, coffee, and gourmet cupcakes in the valley. We always serve fresh, handmade items from our sauces to our sides paired with local products from other small businesses in the valley. We also provide catering services big and small from family gatherings, office lunches, or elegant weddings, as well as a mobile food truck so you can find us out and about at some of your favorite farmers markets and other community events!

Colorado Q catered the welcome party for our wedding in August and were absolutely incredible! From the very start they were so easy to work with and provided all of the information and recommendations necessary to decide which meal choices would be best for our event. A month before the event I reached out with guest dietary needs and to add dessert and they made all of this easy and seamless. The food and service were both outstanding! And the price was so incredibly reasonable. I will definitely be calling them for our next event!

I booked Colorado Q for my August wedding in Marble, Colorado for 150 people, and cannot say enough good things! Their customer service leading up to and during the wedding was unmatched, they accommodated vegan and gluten free options along with various allergies, and all of their food was SO GOOD! So many guests came up to me with rave reviews of all of their food.

We are still getting compliments on the food from our wedding, that’s an amazing thing because they impressed a bunch of Texans who love their BBQ. It’s all thanks to the incredible catering team! The BBQ was absolutely phenomenal- perfectly cooked, full of flavor and served hot and fresh. Every bite was a hit with our guest, from the brisket and pulled pork to the delicious sides. You could really tell how much pride and passion goes into their cooking.
A special shout out to Kristen, who made the most beautiful and delicious cupcakes we’ve ever had. Not only did they look amazing, but they tasted even better— light, moist and perfectly frosted. They were a huge hit and disappeared quickly!

Colorado Q catered our wedding this summer and we couldn’t be happier with everything they did! They were amazing from start to finish. The food was beyond amazing and there was plenty of it! Their set up was really nice and them offering silverware, plates, and napkins made things so simple for us. Pricing was very straightforward and communication with them was professional and organized. While many wouldn’t travel to our location, Colorado Q made the trek over to Crested Butte and we are forever grateful! Everyone visit this food truck and use them for catering, you won’t regret it!

I was in line behind Mike the Norse and the statements made are completely false! The girl was very accommodating and replaced the sandwich with a smile and a pleasant smile. I also saw the girl that actually ordered it to begin with and it was about 10-15 minutes before they even came and said anything. The bread was fresh and appropriately soft, meal was hot and delicious! Good food you won’t be disappointed! Great job Colorado Q keep doing what you’re doing!
