My boyfriend made an online mobile order said it was ready for pickup when I got there to the Taco Bell there was no order for pick up. The person who works there didnt attend assistant for lobby customers. Everyone who worked there seems like they were fulfilling drive-thrus order no one was at the front service desk. A customer was waiting in front of me she said 20 minutes no one came to assist her until they heard us talking about the service suck. Not the first time at any Taco Bell restaurant. The employee took the lady in front of me order than ask for mines I told her I was here for a pick up she look and said she had nothing but for another person who wasn’t my name. I told her odd. I ask if she wants the order # she said NO. Later she came back asked for it i gave it to her therr it was she said its down the line to be made. What i have wait again whats the reason for mobile orders Taco Bell? Do better!!! Especially when it says ready for pickup just wait another 20+ minutes not only that when I got home I was missing an item. Pisses me off. Train your employees they want more money but not giving the service smh. Taco Bell needs service throughout the whole stores. Always slow and never consistent with providing customer service. They knew they were in the wrong so they offer coupons but why would I use those coupons when I didnt like the service to return!!!!

Ordered breakfast through the app and everything was great—food was fresh, hot, and ready on time. App ordering was easy and convenient. Only downside was there were no sausage items available on the breakfast menu. Overall a good experience. FYI if you have expired tags do not use this location.. it’s right next to a police station.

I just ordered on the app for a crunchwrap. And I put extra cheese and avocado ranch. There was no extra cheese or the ranch. And I had to pay an extra 1.80 for it. They did do no tomatoes tho so that was the only thing done right.

Drive thru employees who could barely articulate English managed to utter that they were out of steak; would not fulfill the order and refused to refund the order and said it had to be done online. Employees were incredibly rude and disrespectful, refused to give nacho cheese because they’re lazy and can’t be asked to do the bare minimum they’re paid to do. Will never visit this location again and i would encourage anyone to do the same. Abominable service, asinine employees 0/10

Tacobell is just a gift from God. Spending money here represents positive reinforcement. They do something good like breakfast, volcano burritos, or other great specials and I spend money to get them.

Went through the drive thru… kind of a long wait but they were slammed because the Jack in the Box next door was only taking mobile orders, so a bunch of customers left that line to go to Taco Bell.

The food we got was great! I took away 1 star because they asked us if we wanted sauces (we said yes, fire) and they didn’t include any in the bag. Also no napkins or fork for the nachos. Otherwise, pretty decent.

Been a long time customer of taco bell for quite sometime never had issues but your drive through girl had an attitude and messed up my crunch wrap not even worth the money I spent its was on October 29th at 10:27am I wasn’t rude with her at all but apparently she doesn’t care about doing customer service nor does the cook that made that crunch wrap it was the worst thing I’ve eaten even a can meal would’ve tasted better

I really like Taco Bell but this one is really bad. I’ve sent food back to be remade, I’ve complained to the management and gotten coupons for free food as an apology, but there is never management there and the employees do a lousy job. Today I had chicken tacos and they obviously used old chicken that was dark, dry, and crunchy. Chicken is not supposed to be crunchy. It’s frustrating.

I ordered delivery through the Taco Bell app because we get better results when we do that vs the door dash app. This time I had nacho fries and a cheese quesadilla. It’s $6 delivery and I did a $3 tip for delivery. I am vegetarian and my cheese quesadilla was full of beef! I basically threw my money in the trash. I won’t get my delivery fee or tip back. I have to get food somewhere else also because my literal meal was screwed up. This happens a lot at your location. There are reasons for your veggie menu. Every time we order we worry someone is going to add whatever they want to our order.
