I considered myself a regular because I moved here 7 months ago. The food is great. Bartenders are 5050. Couple of them are amazing. Couple are terrible. I was just kicked out for no reason by the cook boss with no provocation. I now worry about what has been put in my food over the past 6 months. They have cockroaches real bad. I killed them all the time with my hand just sitting at the bar. Place needs to update. Lol. I mean big cocroaches.

We are now Regulars at Tavern. We met the bartender Michelle our 1st time in. We were Treated like she was happy to see us and could tell she enjoyed being there. The food is amazing and priced well. Menu items are More home made then the usual heat and eat you get most every where else. Have not had a menu item that we have not enjoyed. You have Gotta try the fried cheese sticks. OMG unusual and yummy. Michelle is amazing and cares her guest have a great experience. You will definitely have a wonderful experience.

Meh, it was our first time experiencing this place. My wife ordered to-go. The food was bland. I ordered the Tavern Burger, and it was bland. The patty had no flavor, and everything else was falling apart. It’s literally drunk food, so don’t expect quality food. My wife ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken Basket. The batter fell apart, but they basically gave her a pint of country gravy, which wasn’t house made. Overall rating, I rate it a 2☆. Would not recommend.

This is one of the coolest places I’ve been to in a long long time. It’s definitely got the darkened tavern vibe going with pool tables and 80s rock. The food was fantastic and our server Will was such a cool guy and checked in on us frequently. Definitely coming back here when i’m back in the Dallas area.

I went there with co-workers on a karaoke night. It was a blast. If you go you have to get food it’s out of this world. The hostess / bartender was on point checking on everybody to make sure that they had what they needed. I definitely will be returning.

Awesome joint. Food is definitely on point, prices are competitive, service was amazing. Excellent spot for karaoke, sports, or just hanging out. Pool tables, arcades, music. Way bigger inside than it looks from the outside.

My favorite bar in Richardson. Outstanding food. Try the steak which isnt on the menu. Great beer selection and staff (Jenny, Denise, Aundia, Kaitlyn and more). Smoking is allowed but rarely too smokey (it is a bar after all). Also great live music on Thursday nights. Come and have some fun.

Great place to visit. It’s a classic “dive” bar with great bar food. Burgers are top notch, and the atmosphere is very reminiscent of classic early 90s bar scene. Good selection of beers and alcohol on tap. If you’re looking for a low-key spot that brings you back to “classic bar” vibes, then this is the place.
