I haven’t ate here in a while until recently. I got the catfish dinner and it made me sick. I was hesitant to even order from here because a few months ago me and my boyfriend got the 6 pc lemon pepper and we both got sick so we decided to stop eating from here. Not only did it make me sick but it was overpriced and the lady on the phone had a nasty attitude. I’m really turned off from this location and won’t get from here again.

Lady working drive thru is amazing. Had to go back as one combo was made wrong. Not her fault. However, as im looking through drive thru glass, she brought issue to cooks attention. He proceeded to argue with her and slap paper out of her hand. That lady is your customer service. She does not deserve to be treated that way. Cook is very disrespectful. I’ll go because of her, she is a jewel, but cook needs attitude adjustment!!

Service was not good as the lady taking our order through it’s gonna drive through, and she had an attitude, and she told me she was overwhelmed and it seemed like she was the only person there. Taking the orders and making the food, it’s which it’s very frustrating. I am visiting from out of town and will not be back to this location again. I do like the food, but we’ll visit another location.

I recently dined at Sharks Fish and Chicken and had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious – crispy fried fish, juicy chicken tenders, and crispy wings. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by Sam. He went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was top-notch. From recommending the best dishes on the menu and offering best deals. Sam’s attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the meal even more enjoyable. I want to extend a special thanks to Sam for his outstanding service and to Sharks Fish and Chicken for providing such mouthwatering food. I will definitely be back soon!

It’s the best food in the hood, and the best Shark’s location we’ve ever been to! I’ll drive an hour and a half any day to eat there! Open late, and always make what you like. Options for all types of diets, except meatless ones lol really though the catfish is bomb, and the lemon pepper chicken wings with the hot sauce are to die for
