I am so happy to find this place!! Omg it smells like my grandma’s kitchen. The cozy atmosphere is amazing, the ladies are too sweet and so gentle with even handling or passing you your receipt. They have waffles with all sorts of fillings. My goodness, ill be back for more ! Starting off with the Barnyard Burger

Small but delivers great food. And plenty of options.
Was greeted as I walked in the door. Friendly host Delaney. Ordered and wow I was taken back from the portion sizes. My scrambled eggs were perfect. Not overcooked! With pork sausage and waffles ! Yummmm Come visit! It’s local and family owned!

This family-owned café is truly a hidden gem. The food is absolutely wonderful, and their homemade jam is so delicious I wish they sold it by the jar! The service is warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. It has the charm of a cozy small-town café, with such welcoming, feel-good vibes. I’ll definitely be back!

A small little gem we discovered one day, their food was beyond amazing. We had the chicken and waffles and the country breakfast. It was the crispiest chicken I’ve had in a very long time, the gravy was delicious! The biscuit and jams were mouth watering. The food was absolutely top notch!

The establishment is a bit on the smaller scale, I believe there were only about ten tables or so. Don’t let that stop you from waiting!! From our first step in we received fantastic service from the sweet employee who served on us. She was a complete delight! My apologies, your name escapes me.

I have recommended this gem to many friends and family members and will definitely be a place we will continue to visit often!

It’s not bad. It’s like Cracker Barrel without the Jim Crow atmosphere. Some people go for that. First Watch proportions with pre-Covid Denny’s prices. Win win.

There is something about this place that attracts a certain crowd—down to earth good people, just like the owners. It has this casual, cozy, and unassuming vibe that we ended up having conversations with people we never met on the next table. Country Place was named after a close by subdivision, or name of the street, but is actually an apt name. Darian and Delaney were so sweet, and made sure we are well taken cared of. We have made a point to go there every week.

The food was just exceptional, and lots of it, with a very reasonable price. My favorite, the big country was always more than enough for two meals. The omelet was cooked perfectly, and the sauce that came with it….oh my…

My wife’s preference was always the waffles, eggs, and sausage, with the eggs cooked perfectly to her special request every time.

The homemade jam was just awesome. I could have a whole bowl of it…and BTW, try it on top of the big country…or anything else…yum. The brownies were the best we had anywhere, and my wife had to have one every time.

Love this place!!!!

I loved the food and service! The biscuits were genuine homemade biscuits, the eggs Benedict was amazing as well, the ham was a little overcooked but didn’t greatly impact the food quality. The only downside was while I was eating I noticed a roach on the wall. It definitely affected my experience. Had that not happened it would be more stars.

Definitely going back.
-Family owned business
-Great food, big portions
Price was VERY reasonable for quality portin size
-Restaurant was modest in a good way if you live old fashioned style diners. Seating would probably be tricky for large parties.

We had the chicken and waffles. Everything was made from scratch ( definitely not frozen premade tenders). The portions were also very solid. The buttermilk brined chicken breast meat was very juicy with a well seasoned hand battered breading. The waffles weren’t those sad skimpy ones most places give you now. Definitely get the gravy for dipping the tenders. It was that perfect silky light texture, not overcooked or too thick, but still held a good peak.

The staff was super kind and clearly passionate about the place. They even asked if i wanted to try their home made jam with the waffles. I did. It was good.

The place looks very unassuming from the outside and could very easily be missed. It’s in one of the smallest strip malls I’ve ever seen. Same lot as a gas station.
