WERE BACK BABY!! When they closed Irvine Ajisen, I was lost. Life in a world without Spicy Beef Ramen, was a life I didnt want to live. We tried the Temple City Ajisen and were disappointed to say the least. When I realized the Rowland Heights Ajisen existed (Possibly new?) We had to go.
FOOD: Incredible, I wept with the first bite. It tasted exactly like the ramen id been dreaming about for over a year. Down to the texture of the beef. Its perfect, my wife loved her Barbeque Pork with Corn Ramen as well.
Service: Amazing, not what I even cared about, but they managed to shine. Friendly, but not in a fake way. They had us sat immediatly. Order taken within 4minutes. Food out in another 3 or 4 minutes. Top notch.
Atmosphere: Wonderful aesthetic, the large Ajisen figure stands proud at the entrance. Very clean, with windows looking out over the mountains making a stunning dinner.
Overall, so happy to have our ramen spot back. Its ironically 30 minutes away, as was the one in Irvine. We will surely be making the trip nearly weekly. Thanks Ajisen!!!

The noodles were the star of the meal— they were fresh, chewy, almost crunchy in texture. Unfortunately, my BBQ Pork was dry, like it’s been a few days sitting in the refrigerator. The soup was a bit salty for my taste.

Really tasty ramen! It was packed and there was a line to be seated but it is worth the wait. Just come patient. I sat at the bar in front of the kitchen and it was interesting to see them prepare the food.
I had a black garlic ramen with egg and pork. It had so much flavor!! Good noodles. So comforting and tasty! You can add in spicy and that is a great add-on.
Loved the dumplings too. Great to go with the soup!!
Parking is also tight.

Our favorite family spot! The ramen is amazing. My daughter’s love the chicken miso ramen, my son loves the yakisoba and karage chicken, and though I am a fan of all the ramen soups my favorite is the pork curry with pork cutlet . If you haven’t tried it you should… promise you won’t regret it… you’ll be back for more

Ajisen Ramen was delicious. Very tasty broth and if you check in on Yelp you buy one drink and get one free (boba drinks included). I will surely return to enjoy the vegetable ramen.

Let me tell you, I always order the spicy beef ramen, and it’s one of the best beef ramen I have ever had in my life! 10/10!!! It’s a little bit spicy. Dare to add some more hot sause like I did, don’t forget to order some Gyoza on the side! (Lunch special) Customer service it’s great; the host and waiters make you feel very welcomed, and they are very attentive! Nice restaurant setting. I totally recommend it!

Used to come here all the time, but prices have become a bit ridiculous, 2 ramen bowls and 2 drinks with 15% tip came out to 53$ definitely a once every couple of months spot now unfortunately.
