Wendy’s has fallen! The bread, if that’s what it is, is trash. Just like Burger King the bun falls apart. To add insult to they went cheap with the lettuce. They are shredding Iceberg lettuce the cheapest on the market. Romaine or green leaf is preferred. I thought it was one location but I went to two different ones and the results were the same. Every time one of these private equity firms buy a franchise they destroy it. Customer lost!

Dealt with a cashier names Vanessa. She was very rude and tried to charge me extra for something that wasn’t on the menu, sneaky charges are the worst, and when I asked her about it she got an attitude . I asked her for her name and she walked away and said she didn’t have to give to me. I also asked for the manager and was ignored. Wendys service has gone down bad.

If I could give NO STARS I would. RUDE! I waited for 6 minutes. NO ONE GREETED ME. When I asked for help this woman got N attitude. DO NOT GO HERE unless you like to wait for subpar service with your subpar food! SMASHBURGER or Shake Shack. The food is better and the service doesn’t suck!

This was the worst drive-through experience. The screen was not working, and the woman taking my order seemed to be unable to understand me, and I could not understand her. I asked for a Baconator, a Son of Baconator, and a Small and Large Chocolate Frosty. I asked for the total since I couldn’t see the screen, had further issues understanding so went to the window.

At the window, she asked me, “What do you sandwich?” I really couldn’t understand what she was trying to get across, asking something about “double” but there isn’t any sort of double baconator as far as I know. Upon asking if we could talk to anyone who spoke better English, she started speaking to us in Spanish.

I don’t fully understand what happened from there but after she handed us the small Frosty and Son of Baconator, she just closed the window and walked away, and we decided to cut our losses and leave.

There is a sick car I get excited to see everytime I come here- must be a worker good for them- good taste. I ordered suacy nuggets (my usual) and I learned that Wendy’s discontinued the ghost pepper one. I cried in my clapped 2003 honda civic for about thirty minutes before I ate my spicy buffalo nuggets instead. Overall I never had an issue with service and this place is a good wendys, very clean.

Leave it to Ryders lane Wendy’s to ALWAYS mess up my order. Item is wrong or they leave an item out. Food is just “warm”. Fries never taste fresh. Cinnamon roll was a hard rock with no icing. Service isn’t very friendly either, majority have an attitude everytime!!! I’ve given this establishment many many chances.. for now on I’ll drive the further distance for better food and service the next town over.

I don’t eat fast food often but occasionally I get a craving. The food is always good but dealing with the people in the drive-through is one of the most unpleasant experiences every time.
There is no “hello”, only “can I help you” followed by ‘Drive around”. When I get there I get zero interaction except for them telling me the amount I owe. Don’t even get me started on eye contact. No one ever looks directly at me. When I am done I just leave. There is no ‘thank you” no “good bye”, nothing. They actually just close the window on me. I worked at a fast food restaurant in HS and I waitressed for many years. I would have been fired from both jobs had I treated customers that way.
