I think this place is amazing, very delicious and a kind older gentleman who always checks if you need anything and if you are satisfied with your food, I love the gyoza and honey prawn the most honestly I don’t usually eat the tail but I do with these ones because the crisp is perfect. Please be nice to them, yes the place is “smaller” than what some of you are used to, but they do their best. Overall The foods great, service is amazing and it has good prices.

Usually our go to pick. Wanted to dine in. Were given paper take out menu. Asked for water was told no ice and water would taste bad but bottle water was cold. When we received our food instead of plates we were given to go box. Cashew chicken tasted like vinegar. Menu stated automatic 15% surcharge on all dine in.

Haven’t been there in years, decided to try em out again. Never again. It was 35 for 2 entrees and my general tao chicken was so hard and dried out it was impossible to eat, My husband’s Mongolian beef was all fat, grissle, and an abundance of onion. We threw it away. Not much pride in there business to serve such. Shame on Lucky teriyaki.

I’m not sure what has happened to the place. It’s was always one of my favourite go to spots. Good and cheap food. I ordered the Teriyaki bowl and egg rolls last week and it was bad really bad. The egg rolls had a bitter gritty taste with looked like black stains on the side of the egg rolls. Old oil maybe? The Teriyaki sauce on the chicken was foul and I couldn’t even take a second bite. I left out for the resident trash panda.

Dined in for an extra 15% which was super weird to see on the menu. Did not get plates but instead to-go boxes. The soda machine was broken and disgusting, bottled drinks only. The table, highchair and booster seat were sticky to the touch. Over all just gross and dirty. The food has drastically gone down hill. The price to portion size doesn’t equate. Especially since it’s bland and seems microwaved. This used to be my favorite place to get teriyaki and I’m disappointed to say we’ll never go back because of how terrible it was.
