First time visiting with my husband and 5 year old daughter. Our Kolaches were warm, goey and very delicious! We all three agreed we’re going to start visiting every Saturday Morning with our AM routine. Thanks for the great breakfast.

I like the food. But the staff is very hit and miss. Today I ordered two sausage gravy. I was given two sausage with egg. Not what I ordered. Bag has SG on it. Staff need’s to pay better attention or learn the menu better.
Went two days in row and walked out. Both days out of multiple items. Service was terrible today and I be very upset of my staff was treating customers they way the kid treated us. He couldn’t stop looking at his phone to even try and help us. This place isn’t going to make it at this rate. Either way I left both days without making a purchase.
9/29 trying to hope they will get it together but doesn’t seem like it’s going to happen. Got the wrong ones. Even though the bag is marked as to what I ordered.

Got an assortment and they’re rather yummy! The dough was flavorful and the fillings delicious!

The Kolache are delicious. The are between $3-$4 usually. The staff is nice and they will warm them up for you. The inside is not too impressive, but it’s functional and gives you a place to sit. Topeka needed this place as an alternative to the chains and normal stops. Highly recommended.

My Wife and I stopped in yesterday for the first time. We had heard about AK on many TV ads and decided to try them. These are savory and sweet Kolackes based on Slovak style Kolackes rather than Polish Kolackes (Yes, there is a difference). The Kolackes were OK, but not the WOW we were expecting. The staff was friendly and polite and the venue was clean and inviting.

The Caucasian young lady working in front desk this morning is very rude instead of asking me hello may I help you she was rude and says what do you want? that’s not how you greet your customers, but overall the kolaches are good.
