As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

We went here 8 days ago I called the store because they did not put bacon on any of our sandwiches after we spent $54 and ask for extra bacon they put my name on the roster Rebecca Lou to come back and get my sandwiches I even kept one of the sandwiches cuz the other people had to eat theirs they were hungry when I got to the window to collect our food and give the lady the meal and the receipts she snatched the receipt out of my hand and refused to give it back and told me that she was not going to give it back cuz I was going to do a review cuz she would not replace my sandwiches long story short this lady called the police for no reason cuz she snatched my receipt out of my hand and refused to give it back so I had to call the police on her too I would miss this Checkers they’re not very polite and they’re quick to call the cops cuz they do something wrong

Waited for 15 minutes in the parking lot after going through the drive thru. Finally get back to work and eat half the sandwich to find out that half is raw. I was never given a receipt either so no money back.
EDIT: I have reached out 3 times to the website provided and all i receive is an automated response. Checkers does not seem to care about the customers health, safety or experience. report # 5643092 if checkers actually wants to do something about this.

The staff was very unprofessional and rude. Fries cold and chicken had been sitting for quite sometime. The only thing fresh was the bread if that. Re-ordered fries only to bite the chicken sandwich and it was dry and cold. Never again will visit this location again. NEED NEW EMPLOYEES WITHIN THE ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!

I don’t know how long Antoinette has been there but with the skills she has I don’t know how long she will be there. Her customer service skills are 10 out of 10. All of my food was hot and fresh. Checkers need to get her to set the standard for every checkers. Not to bring up Chic-Fi-La but her service is up there on that level. Antoinette thank you so much

There quick , know what you want before you pull up. It keeps everyone happy! They never give cold food! Tried there new boneless lemon pepper wings (i was shorted one ) but they were delicious! My kids love the chicken bite boxes with ranch. Sweet tea is SO amazing ! Our family of four eats for $15
