This is one of the worst places ever and should be shutdown. The district manager was very rude to my mother Annie Lee. Everyone knows my mother is not a confrontational lady. The district manager was talking so nasty to her like she wanted something for free. Her order was messed up and she went to return it and he was so rude. Very uncalled for.

Highly recommend the Philly cheesesteak and the cheese sticks! I also get the honey barbecue or teriyaki wings every time I go. Never a long wait and the customer service is exceptional! Will be going back!

The customer service was absolutely horrible and the girl at the counter with the glasses has a nasty attitude . I asked questions about the menu and she gave attitude with every answer . She wanted me to pay for a whole different meal because I didn’t want certain things on my sandwich that she didn’t say were on there she said if we remake it then that’s a waste of food so you would have to purchase the meal again without those items on there . Y’all need to rethink your policies and employees .

Food was great! Went through the drive thru. They forgot my drink is my only real complaint. Overall, experience was good, lobby could have been a little cleaner. But they were busy.

I have tried this place out 3 times the Philly steak and cheese is the best one I’ve had around but I get the meal with the wings and each time I’m like well maybe it’s just a bad night for wings but after the 3rd time I don’t. Believe it’s just a bad night for wings just bad wings in general flavor is ok but the wings are sooo tiny and over cooked that each time I can’t eat but 1 or 2 like 3 of these wings would equal 1 wing from other places then some of them are so crunch my it’s not even meat anymore just take a bite and it’s like powder in your mouth very disappointing like I said most the time I can only eat 1 or 2 bc the other ones are so hard you can’t bite them and when you do it seriously is like it’s freeze dried that’s how badly there over cooked then they are so small the 1 or 2 I can actually eat I just get a nibble of meat off of them and there gone, so good Philly steaks most of the time the one I had tonight tasted really burnt and the lettuce I paid for was like brown and gross looking I had to pick it off. Over all ok just won’t get the wings anymore they just aren’t worth the price at all and are very disappointing I added a picture of the wings not sure if you can really tell the size but there tiny tiny

My husband and I stop by American deli on our way home to Ohio and I ordered this Reuben sandwich. It was so delicious I wish we had one in Ohio because I would go there all the time! Very nice staff I highly recommend!

I am ecstatic that I’m not allergic to onions or pickles. I have been a consistent customer to the American Deli in Sylacauga since they opened and I consistently order the same things the same way every single time and every single time I order a Garden Salad; small, large or combo I order the salad the same exact way… No pickles and no onions and every single time with out fail there is always either pickles or onions or both (but mostly onions) added with a whole lot of cheese as if a person who doesn’t eat onions won’t notice the smell of raw onions or pickles on their salad… If it was a one time thing I would say it was accidental but for it to be every single time I feel like it’s intentional at this point. When you order your food a specific way and the kitchen crew decides that you can’t have your food that you paid your own money for the way you want it, it’s beyond distasteful to say the least…
