What am excellent dining experience! Delicious food (Japanese pan fried noodles, yum!) and very fast service. But the best part? The folks who work here were awesome! I had the pleasure of being helped by Jerry, who was kind, genial, and the epitome of high-class customer service. He was very personable and always trying to help out, both his customers and his fellow coworkers!!! Perhaps the most fastidious golden rule follower out there. Cheers, Jerry!

Good food and fast service. The staff was so friendly and willing to help! We got the buffalo chicken ranch mac and cheese and pesto fresca.

Really lovely staff here! My group had the chicken bacon Alfredo and a salad. We agreed the chicken was a bit over seasoned for the dish, but it was very good. The prices felt fair for the food.

When paying my mom couldn’t/didn’t see an option not to tip the cashier. It made her feel uncomfortable. Like she was forced to tip. I would prefer higher prices over a tipping screen. We weren’t sure what the tip was for.

My shoes stuck to the floor in the general area and bathroom. It was pretty early and empty for the restaurant to seem a bit dirty already.

Again the staff was very nice! We saw a manager give a young girl a cookie. We probably would come here again!

BEST NOODLES AND COMPANY WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I ate here with my family and the staff was amazing. Jerry, one of the staff members, was amazing,. He checked up on us every few minutes, was patient when our rewards account locked up, and he referred to my husband and son as “sir” while referring to me as “miss” and over all made our meal the best experience we have ever had at a noodles and company. Additionally, note the place was very clean and the staff gave generous portion sizes. Jerry walked us through the rewards process that was confusing us. Best Service Ever! Would definitely come back if we could (this restaurant is 1 hour 30 mins away from home).

I had only been to one of these places before, so I was so excited to go again! The food is fantastic! I had the chicken Alfredo and it was so good! The chicken was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. It was thin, so I was afraid it would be overcooked. I was so happy to be wrong! I went with 4 other people and we were all trying each other’s pasta. I look forward to go again!

I’m torn between 3 and 4 stars because there was nothing “technically” wrong with the food, but it just wasn’t great. This was my first time ever at a Noodles & Co. I went in at lunch time and there was no one else in there, which was sort of concerning. I was greeted upon entry by the store manager, and I ordered the chicken parm. I then took a seat, and the manager brought the food out to me very shortly after. My initial thoughts are it was like a glorified TV dinner. Again, there was nothing really “technically” wrong with the food, it just wasn’t impressive. Even the container the food was served in reminded me of a TV dinner, but overpriced ($10). It was noodles, marinara sauce, breaded chicken, and cheese on top, in that order. I just wasn’t impressed. The manager was nice. While I was eating, a few more people came in to order and I heard them be told that the registers were down and it would be about a 10 minute wait. I likely won’t return. It’s really just fast food noodles – something you can make at home for less and better taste or order better elsewhere.

I’m really sad that the mac and cheese here is the absolute WORST .
But, the korean spicy noodles… the lemon glarlic butter sauce on tortellini.. omg, thank you to the employee who recommended that to me!
And lastly, Jerry the manager is dope.

The food is really good here. The manager, Jerry, took my order. He made the experience even more pleasant! Such a nice guy and a nice place to eat.

The portions are extremely small for the amount of money that you pay. The bottom of my container was visible when I took off the lid. That immediately makes me feel jipped because the container isn’t full. Pictures on the menu do not match what I was served at all. Very misleading. The outside dining area was a mess. This is the first thing you see before you go in. Shame on me; I should’ve turned around and left when I saw that. There were three employees inside on a Monday at 4 o’clock. One of them was sitting down on the bench talking to another one when I came in. They did spring into action at that point, but at least one of them could’ve been cleaning those tables outside. Seems like a waste of labor.
