Drive through order. The sauce was everywhere but in the sandwich. The sandwich was cold, and the other sandwich I had ordered wasn’t made correctly. The hashbrowns were just thrown in the bag and fell to the bottom of the bag completely out of the little paper sleeve it came in. Seems like they just don’t want customers to come back ever again. This type of experience makes me go elsewhere. Good job! The only thing I can appreciate about the restaurant can’t be executed properly. You win. I’m never coming back!

I have been to this location a few times. As it is the only quick place to get breakfast. I ordered off the app. I ordered Bacon Eggs & Cheese Biscuit by its self, a sausage egg & cheese Mcmuffin meal and a steak egg and cheese bagel meal. We were missing the egg on the sausage egg & cheese Mcmuffin, and the bacon on the Biscuit meal. I will NOT return.

Tall man behind the counter that I believed was the manager but when asked he wouldn’t really answer the question, was absolutely rude, disrespectful to his employees in front of everyone and very unprofessional! Told me to go to Brockport McDonald’s if service is better there, so I will never return to Hilton McDonald’s, thank you sir! Service would be much better at Hilton without him!!

I ordered a big Mac meal Large I Was given a medium drink that’s not even for pop I had no cheese on my big Mac and they just thrown it in the box what kind of place is this you all lost my business I gave McDonald’s more chances then should be give keep hiring people that don’t care cause u pay them cheap pay . That’s why the place is falling apart and you are losing people u pay over ten dollars for a meal and get stale fry’s and your burger thrown in a box and the wrong size drink not worth my money any more

Placed a mobile order and waited in an excruciatingly long line of 3 cars. (Actually a short line but it took forever. Literally 35 minutes) my mobile order was cold and they didn’t include Any of the sauces, and 2 fries were missing!! On top of that the “large” frappes were very uneven. One was filled nice while the other looked like it was mostly whipped cream! Very dissapointed. All that time and they couldn’t even give me my sauce!! How am I to eat the nuggets!!!! With my own fridge sauce? I don’t have honey mustard or sweet and sour chilling at home meanies.
