I have gone to this chain in Michigan and everytime up there it’s great so when I had the chance to have it here I was excited. The food is good but every time I try to order Turbo Crust on my pizza they don’t put it on. It doesn’t cost extra but if it is not available it should not be an option to pick on the menu. One time I tried to Grubhub it and it took hours before I finally called to figure out where my food was and they claimed nobody came to get the order but they are the ones who were suppose to deliver it not a Grubhub driver and they told me that when I called them to get my refund after the manager told me he would refund it. Pizza is good but service is mix/match. Today the lady was very nice when I picked it up

The deep dish pizza was awesome. Best we have had. The edges were crispy and the cheese was all the way to edge. They could benefit from having fountain drinks available . Will definitely go back and try their other offerings.

A dinner that kind of ruined my night.
The service was almost non existent to the point where I had to call to the back for someone to come up front and take my order.and then I waited another 20 minutes for my order when 4-5 people came in, ordered after me and got their orders before me.
The boneless chicken wings were almost inedible. Not to be gross but I did spit out a chunk of chicken that was cooked all the way through and they weren’t even coated all the way in sauce. The pizza was the only redeeming factor of this meal but was very sauce heavy in my opinion.
I won’t be going back. One and done.

I had trouble ordering a gluten pizza on line. When I went in to order one, they were very helpful with the app. The gluten free crust is really good! Thingng is you can only order a small. Still delicious! The one drawback for me was it was a little salty. I don’t normally eat alot of salt.

Don’t know who let these pizza’s leave like this but they need to be terminated asap. This is 3 large pizza’s with extra sauce or should I say extra dough. Also ordered a large ny style that I ate one slice of and felt like I was going to throw up about 30min later

One of the cheaper Detroit style pizza places in stl that doesn’t sacrifice quality. Large amount of menu options, friendly, and the food is really good and cooked fresh. I go multiple times a month with my daughter; pepperoni Detroit style is her favorite. Im a vegetarian, so I always order the cheese pizza which is very good also.

Pizza was amazing. We got a Detroit deep dish pizza. I’m not big on crust, but this was delicious!! Very airy, fluffy crust. Wings were good too!

Kayla enthusiastically greeted us upon our arrival. She is very personable and professional. We were impressed with her pizza ingredient knowledge, regarding all the different kinds. Our all meat Pizza was piping hot and delicious! The ingredients were obviously fresh. Both bathrooms were clean. The floor and the tables were spotless, awaiting their next guests. It was quite apparent to us that Kayla was genuinely invested in our Jets pizza dining experience.

Had the pep deep dish 4 square. While it was hot tasted it was very good. The bread is a little to thick. But over cheese and everything was good the customer service was blah blah nothing to write home about but nothing disrespectful. Inside was extremely cold like a ice cream parlor or hospital. But definitely would go back for the pizza not artisan or fire burn but prices compare .
