Manager was rude and unprofessional. Yelled out really loud that my card was declined. That my transaction didn’t go through. I re-entered the same card and it went through the second time. When I asked her about it she became rude and hustle about it started yelling once again. Very poor management.

The team here is understaffed, but it always amazes me how hard they work to get orders out. You guys do a really great job, and tonite Andrew was helping at the window. Friendly, and speedy, my order was ready in minutes, and there were two cars ahead of me too. Thank You Team at my neighborhood Del Taco .

This place has changed so much. First there were kids working there who didnt care, now its an older person who yells on the speaker and always messes up our order. We ordered 2 tacos last night and got 3 burritos. Idk but wrong.

Clean restaurant. Surprised that a simple grilled chicken burrito is now over $7 plus 10.50% sales tax. It was lettuce in a tortilla with a little bit of tomato and a little bit of chicken and a dab of sour cream. That must contribute to why there were so few customers.

Old fries from earlier in the day reheated/refried discolored and soggy. You now have go park and wait for your food. Taco shells seemed stale.

Food was stone COLD. Everybody knows fries are nasty once they are cold. I live 3 mins away, and when i got home, the and chili was cold. All i ordered was delixe chili cheese fries. I would have went back, but I was exhausted from a long day. $27.00 of food we forced ourselves to eat.
