Are you at Wendy’s a lot every other day.
My first time eating at this Aurora location honestly I could say it’s the best I’ve had in a while everything was fresh and hot I get a Dave’s double extra pickles cheese ketchup mustard! The young team is killing it!!! Watch out other locations. Move over Santa’s got a new team

Ordered a combo meal that included fries. When asking for a barbecue sauce for the fries, was told they would have to charge 50 cents for 1 pack of barbecue sauce. At other Wendy’s places I could get the barbecue sauce packet for free and sometimes they would give 2 or 3 sauces.
Here, after being told it would cost 50 cents, I just rolled my eyes and quickly turned away to take my meal to eat and be seated at the table, turning my back to the front register.
How ridiculous to wanting to charge 50 cents for a condiment and I had already purchased the combo using a credit card and had no cash or coins to even pay 50 cents for something should have been complimentary/free.

BEWARE! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HURT YOUR MOUTH WITH EARRINGS IN YOUR FOOD! I would not even give it one star! I found an earring in my chicken sandwich and when I came back and showed them they denied that the earring was any of theirs. When I tried to explain to them how the earring hurt my tongue and gums when biting into the sandwich they continued to deny responsibility. I tried making a report and said that they would not give me a report or any information to follow up with what happened to me. While I was waiting for the manager the workers kept talking about the situation in Spanish and insinuating that it was my earring. Little did they know I could understand them fully.

The food was awful. I ordered the Italian mozz classic and the mozzarella cheese wasn’t even anything like the color of what mozz cheese is supposed to look like. Not to mention how stale the sandwich and 10pc nuggets themselves were. I had to use a good amount of force to rip the mozz cheese patty in half for the photo due to how stale it was.

I order a baconater n got the son of a baconater instead. Paid $20 for a meal that was incorrect. My meal was to be large size n got a med fries with a few fries . The frosty I ordered was the caramel and was melted. When called the store no one answered… The guy at the window was rude as hell too . Very bad service

I use too go too this Lake st Wendys all the time but lately they been giving me cold old food missing chicken nuggets, and other day I couldn’t even eat the nuggets they tasted over due. Poor customer service

The guy in the window taking our order had one of the worst customer service in the history of our sport. I was already sad cuz I lost money in the casino, so I tried to cope by eating some Wendy’s, but the guy in the window was giving me a lot of attitude, when I asked a simple question about the AI lady taking my order. He was very rude to me, which made me even more sad . I usually respect fast food employees since I was a former fast food employee, but this guy made me lose all respect for him. Also NO, I DON’T WANT THE MURDER MYSTERY MEAL! I want my biggie bag after losing in the casino. Who am I Bill Gates?! In all seriousness, that guy needs to chill with his tone towards the customers. Despite this bad experience, this biggie bag is hitting as I’m writing this review. Pretty bad experience though.

Ordered the Classic Asiago Club sandwich and I did not receive that at all. My rating will always be low if I receive the wrong item. You’re not even busy so there was no rush. Even worse, the sandwich I received was old. I’m not sure if you can see the hard edges of the chicken. Prices have gone up but the quality of the food has decreased.

After 1am line is out to lake street but taking only online orders which Is why I’m there.
Idk why people just don’t go to dennys instead of waiting 30 mins in a line that’s gonna turn them away .
Then got the cashier at the window just standing around instead of helping the crew get food out but I wouldn’t wanna eat anything from here when they’re just throwing orders together.
Again 12-2am im at dennys sitting my happy sss down and NOT wasting gas sitting in a drive thru.

I put in a mobile order for my lunch to think I was going to get it, at by the time I got there but, they still had me waiting 20 mins to get my mobile order and there was like 5 cars that past me and I still not had got my food.
