Nasty!!! Bathrooms were disgusting and smelled horrible. Fries were fine, everything else gross. Not flame grilled. Tasted microwaved.

The reason i’m giving a want on service as we went through the drive through and they failed to give us some of our drinks.And we didn’t realize it until we were a couple miles down the freeway. I called them and they were very apologetic about it but could not give me a refund over the phone said.I had to turn around and come back which I didn’t have time to do. However, they did offer a very good solution. And said that they will take down my name and number and he gave me a free meal if I come back

I placed the order online, prior to leaving work. The restaurant was 15 minutes away from where I work and I still had to wait 30 minutes to get my food when I got to the restaurant When I returned to work, the most expensive item ordered was missing.
Customer service refused to refund me for the item (totaling $14) and instead offered a $10 credit to use next time I go there. So, I guess I’m out $4 because this specific locations they are too incompetent to read order receipts. So much for “have it your way.”
I get the whole “lunch rush” thing but it becomes a problem when corporate refuses to refund for the food missing due to this locations screw up.
Probably losing the entire $14 because theres no way in flame-grilled hell I’m ever going back.

Food was hot and fresh just made, bun was soft and fresh. Staff very friendly and courteous. Probably the best wopper I have had in alot time. I recommend going to THIS burger king.

today my wife and I discovered a new employee at this Burger King and he is an absolute gem. His name is James. He says it’s good humor and personality comes from God above, but we know it’s in his heart. He is a wonderful, wonderful young man whose humor and voice and positive personality made our experience so wonderful at the drive-through and my wife and I just want to make sure that the world knows that this is one great employee there is an older woman that works at this one as well and she is as superior as James is unfortunately we have met nasty managers. Here we’ve had people try to double tax us and we’ve had a lot of bad experiences here, but James and his coworker, which I don’t know who her name is yet is the most wonderful Burger King employee and I hope management or whoever can recognize Jane for his superior training and employment in wonderful, blessed personality

Avoid this place if you want all of your food in the bag and if you order no tomatoes, you will get extra tomatoes. I go here once a week before band practice and the normal time in the drive thru is about 8 to 10 minutes per car. They raised the min wage so they pay them more and to offset the cost, they cit the staff in half.

I’m pretty much done with all Burger Kings as they can never get any order right no matter where I go. You can complain to corporate and ask them to call you back and they suck and don’t do it either.
Honestly how hard is it when someone places an order for two sandwiches to place two physical sandwiches in a bag yet they seem to screw it up all the time.
