I put in my order of four drinks in at 3:41pm on 9/26/25 at register 9. One of the drinks was a mint majesty tea with 2 honey.. We got all drink but not the tea. So my friend went up to inquire and she was told the tea was taken off of the order. It is not okay for that to happen in my opinion. I didnt get the name of the employee’s name but he had thick dark hair in a pony tail that stuck out under his hat.

Clean inside. Service was nice. The Banana nut bread was dry and no nuts inside the bread, only on top. The ham n cheese croissant was also dry and very little ham. Both had ok taste. Just expect higher end taste and moisture with prices charged in my opinion.

This is the slowest Starbucks location I have ever visited. They are consistently out of products, or at least they mark it that way in the app. My order rarely taste the same as it did before, or even in comparison to other Starbucks. After spending roughly 30-45 minutes in the drive thru after ordering ahead on the app, I parked and went inside to grab my order. I do understand that my order was placed for the drive thru, however, due to the excessive wait I just wanted to grab it inside the store instead. (I had not even made it to the speaker yet) This is normally not an issue at all for me at other locations. However, the woman I asked was extremely rude and before she would hand me my order she told me not to do that again, she told me to pick up the order wherever I chose in the app next time. It was a major inconvenience for her to walk to the drive thru counter, look for the cup with my name on it, and then walk it over to me.

3 stars because I have been about 7 times, out of those 7 times usually 2 drinks ordered only 2 times were both orders correct. First time, they newly opened so understandable I guess I ordered a lavender oatmilk latte hot, got a iced lavender matcha thing. Today was just sad, only two people working their butts off, line was around the building even when we made it through, the lady doing the drive through-bless her soul it’s not her fault- was having a very very hard time with our order large brown sugar strato frapp and large iced lavender oatmilk latte add lavender cold foam, she kept trying to put it as iced latte + oatmilk + cold foam, she was an older woman probably learning new things, the lady in front of us also had issues with her order, and that is partly why it was sad because in America we refuse to take care of our older people to the point they are forced to work a drive through that is basically speaking gibberish to her because she is not of the “iced coffee era”. A billion dollar company should have no issues staffing properly and not leaving such a busy/day time to just two people. I understand things happen but if I’m paying $7+ for a coffee I want it to be correct and not feel as if I’m participating in forced elderly labor abuse.

The service was really bad. I struggle with reading some things and no one would read me off any menu items so I didn’t know what they made for coffee and I wanted to order something good and the coffee I got tasted really strong.

Give them time to work the kinks out y’all. And for the dust to settle. Geez. It hasn’t even been 1 week yet from zero to hero baptism by fire holiday ops tempo. Barista making in-store drinks brought her A-game faster than them mobile orders could pick-up even.

ABSOLUTELY ADORE THE STAFF FOR THE MOST PART THEY KNOW MY ORDER. I TEND TO BE CREATURE OF HABIT BUT WILL ONCE N A BLUE MOON TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT MAYBE LIL DISAPPOINTING WHEN STAFF DOESN’T SHOW UP AND THEY CLOSE UP SHOP. REASON FOR 4 STAR.

Normally Starbucks servers at other stores are really moody and rude but my store everyone is very nice and helpful.

When ordering at the window the server talked over me and rushed me, was rude. When I arrived at the window she was very rude and I also asked for a pupcup for my dog and she gave me the smallest cup possible with a tiny spray. Not happy with the service by the lady that was running the window.

Yesterday, May 16, I had a really disappointing experience with my usual green iced matcha. I always order it before work, and it’s normally great, but this time it was super bitter. I didn’t try it until I got to my job, and after the first sip, I knew something was off. I tried to act like it was fine—because, honestly, it cost $8 and I didn’t want to waste it—but after a second tiny sip, I couldn’t drink it anymore. I even added sugar, hoping that would help, but it still tasted awful. I ended up leaving the nearly full drink in the fridge at work to bring it back and show them I barely touched it.So today, May 17, I went in to explain what happened and that I wasn’t trying to scam them or anything—I just wanted to show them the drink and even showed my receipt to prove I had bought it the day before. But the man working (a white old man, with a short beard) said this long, dismissive “nnaahhhh,” which felt super disrespectful (a coworker of his came and tried reasoning with him but he said said “I’d recommend adding more classic syrup” to which I replied “that’s the thing I told them to keep the classic syrup add 3 pumps of brown sugar and 2 pumps of vanilla with sweet cold foam”) He told me I should’ve came back the same day, even though that wasn’t possible for me, and the way he spoke to me was just unkind and dismissive. It felt like bad customer service, and I left feeling disappointed and upset that I wasted $8 on something I couldn’t even drink.
