The presentation of the food was okay -looked fresh at least, however, for the price of the food it is extremely underwhelming. I ordered a salad that was $20 and all it had was some spring mix, sliced onion, and 3 slices of tomato, with some plain unseasoned chicken… the fries were probably the only tasty thing we got. Service was okay, not super friendly but not rude. They charge extra if you pay with card and you have to venmo or use cash only to tip

Love this place! The ratings are far too low and do not represent the experience the restaurant is spacious. We were seated on a weekend morning with no wait time. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. We sat indoors. Coffee was served immediately. Hot and fresh.
We got the Oreo Cookie Waffle Special and it was delicious! The waffle itself was not a bland chunk of dough, but a yummy flavor and the consistency was perfect.
We also got the Dulce De Leche Stuffed French Toast which was divine. I highly recommend. Especially for families or those wanting a large selection of menu options.

The highlight was the french toast, definitely recommend. Pancakes were average, the syrup was helped. Drinks tasted too watered down. Customer service was extremely poor, it didn’t feel welcoming at this establishment despite visiting on a Sunday morning.
Decor was done well. For parties with 6 or more people, you will be charged 20% gratuity. May return to give it a second chance, but as of yet, nothing extraordinary or remarkable.

I ordered the $18 açaí bowl and was disappointed with the experience. It arrived too frozen to eat, and when they warmed it up in the microwave, they didn’t remove the fruit—so I ended up with warm strawberries on my bowl. For the price, I was expecting a much larger portion, though I suppose I should’ve expected that in Montauk. The server was decent, but never came by to refill our water, which is a personal pet peeve since I drink a lot during meals. On the positive side, the atmosphere was lovely—clean, bright, and clearly recently renovated.

Great breakfast place for traditional eggs, bacon, and pancakes fare. Family run. Lots of seating inside and outside. Popular place.
Had coffee on the table immediately.
They do charge for using a credit card… but many, many restaurants and stores are doing the same, so it is not unusual anymore.. and in reality, most of us get some perks from our credit card company. They are very upfront about it, so no surprise, and they do have an ATM if you prefer that.

Came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning and had a great experience. We were able to sit wherever we wanted, which was nice. The omelette and steak and eggs were very good, the waffle was fresh, and the home fries were absolutely delicious. A solid spot for a relaxed breakfast in Montauk.

Ate here 2 days in a row- the house veggie omelet was amazing and HUGE! They also serve gluten free waffles. Hot and ice coffee pretty good too.

When in Montauk, definitely try a pancake house. Reservations not taken at this restaurant so there will be a wait time. This place takes only cash and also credit card but there is extra fees so we recommend paying in cash. Service was fast and the waiter was friendly. Plenty of food and beverage choices. Good quick place to grab breakfast before heading out for the day. Plenty of space for small gatherings, on your own, or a big family sit down.

My experience at the pancake house was a bit mixed. While the menu had a variety of options, I was disappointed by the slow service that seemed to affect the overall enjoyment of the meal. Additionally, I found the prices to be on the higher side for what was offered. Despite these drawbacks, the pancakes themselves were quite tasty, which somewhat balanced out the experience.

Friendliest staff around! We stumbled upon this place by accident when we found that most of the surrounding restaurants were doing take-out only (although they all said dine-in was available on Google maps). Our party of three had French toast, a BLT w/ avocado, a 2-egg breakfast w/ bacon & toast, 2 orders of fries and a coffee for approx $45. All of our food was hot, fresh and good! Our waiter and waitress were very attentive and kind, and the restaurant was very clean. All of the patrons appeared to be as happy with their experience as we were. Restrooms were closed.
