The Conservative Humor
Kevin Kellett, outstanding work performance. I entered the establishment and noticed a worker in food prep area. I observed him working and for the next 10-15 minutes as my pizza was being cooked and boxed by Kevin. He did not miss a beat.

I was very impressed as he worked tirelessly nonstop while the other 2 employees worked the front register helping a customer. I paid the 2 employees a compliment on how I observed Kevin working hard.

Went in to grab some dinner recently, andJeannene gave the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in any pizza hut. She was prompt, quick, knowledgable, and kind. After a long and difficult day it was a refreshing experience to be treated so well by an amazing employee. I sincerely appreciate Jeannene and her above and beyond customer service skills.

I did an online order to the university location because this one had bad reviews. It got rerouted to this one for some reason. I knew it was gonna be bad. The service was awful. The lady walked up and didn’t greet me at all, just stared at me. I told her I had a pickup. A couple minutes later another lady walked up asking what I needed and I told her I had a pick up. Obviously there are some communication issues here. We got our food in a couple minutes and the chews sticks were not even cut. The pizza was not that good but whatever.

Update: I don’t know why I keep trying to give this location a chance! I guess it’s because it’s a convenient distance. Paid extra for bone-in wings, but they sent boneless wings home with me without asking me if it was okay to sub them out. No answer from customer service when I submitted a complaint. I think one of the reasons this Hut struggles is because they are understaffed (only one person in that whole store! when I picked up), which isn’t fair to the workers. I guess I really need to give up on these guys.

Extra pepperoni, eh? I love Pizza Hut, but this location struggles a bit with quality. Thanks for working hard, though.

My food was absolutely destroyed. Driver was kind enough to return with the drinks that were originally forgotten . I do APPRECIATE that . But the condition of the 50 dollars in pizza was unbelievable and the store didn’t answer me or my wife’s calls tonight before closing. so we will be calling in the morning. I have my receipt as well . I have never experienced something like this ever ordering food.

Last night, 3/11, I ordered a Big Dinner Box for delivery. I waited the fully projected 90 min and had the DoorDash driver somehow end up in American Fork. My order was cancelled and there was no effort to resell we or offer a solution that was fair.

I called the store and gave them my situation and was put on hold for over 30 min. I had time while on hold to drive into the store and confront the manager. When I asked the manager why I was on hold for 30 min, she told me that there was only one phone and it was in the back and the priority that she had was the customers in the store. When I mentioned that there were no customers in the store, she mentioned the new orders were priority over me. She said, “I don’t know what to tell you.” I then asked for her bosses information and she refused to give me any information. I submitted a complaint against the store online afterwards. The store manager did not offer to refund me, I had to ask her for a refund and there were no other considerations for the time that I waited and the time that I wasted having to come in.

Then I called into the call center and requested a supervisor. The person, in the Philippines was nice, but mentioned that they could not get a leader because they were in a closing meeting. When asked where the online complaints go, he said, “they go to the complaint department”.

This was the most horrible customer service I have ever gone. I will NEVER do business with Pizza Hut again. This was a HUGE embarrassment for the Pizza Hut and executives and everyone who partners with this company.

Absolute joke. Spent $50 on dinner including 2 orders of the Cinnabon rolls, only to have both orders arrive burnt and with frosting on 1 roll out of 10 in a box. No exaggeration, pictures attached! Tried calling the store 3 times and the system hung up on me each time before ever being able to speak with a live person. Tried calling corp only to be told to call the store.

We ordered a half Supreme half Hawaiian pizza but we got a full Supreme with pineapple added. I tried to call the store to see if my order got in and figure stuff out because the app said it would take 3 hours to deliver this pizza. The pizza seriously looks like they threw the toppings on without any care. Like seriously?? Answer your phone and look at the order
