Had a wonderful experience from the time my friends and I pulled up to the drive thru until the time I ate my last bite of a Whopper. It was so delicious and the fries were nice and fresh with just enough salt to.. Mmm makes my mouth water for more. The customer service was on point. I just came home from ordering drive-through at Burger King. I used the app to specifically order my impossible burger without any onions, almost an allergy. The flavor of my burger is now disgusting because I cannot stand the taste of onions it’s on everything and I’m not willing to drive back to the store. I didn’t receive the sauce that I was specifically asked about during the drive-through. I attached the photos that show on the app I requested no onions, the packaging said that there was no onions, yet inside my burger there was an onion. I would love if Burger King would send me a $20 gift card. My dog was happy with the food.

Next time I’m sure to do drive thru, forget front counter 25 mins later. Rude service and slow service. No coke had get fruit punch. Mats rolled up, cleaning supplies outside restroom. Your front counter cashier forgot wash her hands after coming out restroom luckily she only took order and not make the any of the food. People need to do better. after all the wait food was cold!!

God’s timing is perfect. A year ago, I tried the spiderverse burger and now I got to taste the Wednesday Whopper ON a Wednesday, just crazy awesome. God is so good, little blessings, including that cup of Joe.

Went to the drive thru. The ordered was repeated TWICE and still got it wrong. And we never got our tacos. And the manager had the nerve to say “ay dios mio” . Idk how you get can a SIMPLE order wrong.

I would find a different BK location. Everything was flavorless and seemed stale/freezer burnt or something. Yuck! Even the coke tasted bad.

I would rate zero, every time without fail, it’s always bad, even in a different state I tried them and their food is always dry, bad, un cooked or wrong, food was super stale. Like it had been sitting all day under the heat lamp

Was busy the last time I went, idk if the manager or supervisor wasn’t working but the kids were not paying attention to the order an I had to repeat myself over 3 times an they got my shake wrong.

I did a Google search today to see how many Burger King restaurants there are in Arizona–I was surprised to find there are only 45. (I expected there to be more.) The reason I’m writing this review today–as I’ve done several times in the past–is because I simply cannot say enough about the amazing staff who work at this particular location. (Burger King’s food is delicious–it’s always been delicious! And most, if not all, of the dining rooms are neat, clean, and inviting. This store, #11020, is no exception. Inside is immaculate–always.) So, what sets this location apart from the rest? THE STAFF! (I know I’m going to forget some names, and I truly apologize to anyone I forget. You know I love you all!) I moved to Yuma in October, 2022, and I am most fortunate enough to live directly across the street from Store #11020. In the >2 years I’ve been coming here, I’ve seen a number of employees come and go. (And it’s always sad to see someone leave because they’re like family to me.) I firmly believe that excellent customer service should be recognized, and here are just some of the staff I’ve come to consider family: Barbara, you absolutely rock! You are a phenomenal manager, and I would work for you in a heartbeat. Maria Q.? Another manager, just as sweet as can be. Maria R.? I adore you! Your smile brightens my day, and you always give me my senior discount without my even asking. I know you’ve been there (Burger King) a long time, and you are such a joy to know. Consuelo? You are a beautiful young lady with a kind heart. (Thank you.) And Merary? You, too, are such a pleasure–and I apologize for pronouncing your name wrong! Abbigayle? (First of all, I love the way you spell your name! It is unique–just like you!) Thank you for being a part of this crew–they are very lucky to have you! (And so am I!) I hadn’t planned on my review being this long, but if you knew how above average these employees are, you’d know that all of my praise is genuine–and so well-deserved! Again, the food? OUT OF THIS WORLD! The atmosphere? ALWAYS CLEAN AND TIDY! But the staff? YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER TEAM IN ALL OF ARIZONA! Thank you, my friends.
