Most likely the worst Hardee’s that you could ever even think of as a restaurant. Service was at best rude. The food preparation has unhygienic. When we approached the counter to place our order a female employee just stared at us. Finally a male (Tyree) slowly walked up to the register and just stood there. We had to begin the conversation. His apathy was so very apparent.
We did place our order However he did not give us our drink cups. I stood there as he walked over to the drive thru to talk with that employee. Finally he looked at me and I asked him for the cups. He again slowly walked over and gave us our cups.
As I was standing waiting on our order I begin watching the employee who was preparing the food. As seen in the picture, he would work on some food turn around and pick up his personal cell phone. And, without changing his gloves he returned to preparing food. He repeated this several times. Again, make sure you read – without changing his gloves. If course his phone was not sanitary and who knows what germs he transmitted to the food.
Do not, under any circumstances eat at this location!
Both times I waited in the drive-thru line for about 15–25 minutes. By the time I finally reached the window, I was told that the computers were down and they couldn’t take orders. Once might be understandable, but having the same issue happen twice in one week is very frustrating.
It’s extremely inconvenient to wait that long only to be turned away and have to drive to another Hardee’s location. If the computers are repeatedly going down, that seems like a system issue that needs to be addressed.
I hope management looks into this, because the current situation is very frustrating for customers.
