This place deserves the highest of praise. It’s classic, delicious, and a blast from a past that I unfortunately wasn’t alive for.
The style and decor are on point.
The staff’s uniforms and attitudes were aligned and outstanding.
The food was quality but also classic.
When I asked about the chili burger, it was explained as more of a spicy meat sauce without beans, which is accurate to the time period they are eluding to. It was excellent. I loved it.
The fries were perfectly crispy without excessive oil.
Bris fries has been around for over a decade in Colchester and Milton is lucky to have them.

Don’t let the modest menu fool you. The food is fantastic and the service can’t be beat. Try the michigan double cheese burger or the boneless chicken bites.

Great food, with fun, friendly staff. I ended up asking a few questions about the history of some of the menu items (I’m not from the area) and the owner shared some awesome insight. Really cool place! Try the maple milkshake too, it was amazing.

This is hands down the best “fast” food place in Chittenden County. Everything is made fresh to order and they have WAY BETTER fries than Al’s French Fries and Beansies. I highly recommend their Michigan burgers and Hot Dogs.

Everything was pretty good.
Asked for a glass of water had to pay for a bottle… the server said she was not allowed to serve glasses of water only sell bottles.
For 2 burgers, a shake, bottle of poland spring and fries it was around $30.
When I first passed it on the way to another diner that turned out to be closed, i thought the sign said something about a “Bris”. Which led me down that rabbit hole of wondering what the place was all about, and how foreskins figured into anything in that town.
Long story short. It is an eatery.
