King Hawaiian fish deluxe is okay. They need like a tartar sauce for that sandwich like the filet-O-Fish makes it taste much better. The apple pie shake was okay. not too much apple pie mixed in if at all. If there was a slice of apple pie mixed in maybe it should be a little thicker and not blended so well. Tasted mainly just flavoring mixed in with the shake.

My favorite fast food restaurant. Young lady that took order was very kind and polite. The first time I received the order it was completely wrong. They got it right the second time and then I had to wait a little longer for fries. Idk if they changed something about their sandwich or recipes, but the meat was thick and had a rubbery texture and not the original flavor we all love. The whole family didn’t take more than 3 bites of their sandwiches before tossing them.

Awesome place the two times I’ve been! Both visits were through the drive thru. The staff took the order quickly, and I received it quickly as well. The crispy fish sandwich is truly amazing and the 2 for $7 deal is amazing! Great experience! Loved the food and the service!

Luis was the cashier, and he was a super nice person. He was calling a number but didn’t see her. So she finally stepped up and said it for her. He laughed and kind of apologized for yelling. I laughed because he was so sweet. He did something and I told him, ‘I hope you’re not going to yell at me’. He didn’t get mad or embarrassed, but just laughed. He was so nice!
The manager was really busy doing this and that. Great manager too.

The guy that took our order chatted with the car in front of us for a few minutes, we get our order and my sandwich was smashed. We then waited for 20 minutes for our drinks after getting his attention. He never bothered to come ask why we were still sitting there. Then when he handed the drinks the lid wasn’t on correctly and he spilled coke on my husband.

Over the course of four months, consistently, the buns are burnt and we had to tossout the food when we got home. Last order in drive thur purchased 6 rostbeef sandwichs and frys, found all sandwich buns top & bottom burnt. Walked inside ask for redue, received another bag of burnt sandwich buns not as bad as first round but still inedible. Staff states that corporate won’t fix their equipment which is causing the issue. I don’t hold the staff responsible but the franchise and corporate who manages the restaurant. We received our money back. We have decided to stop eating at this location as the food is inedible till they fix the issues. We will explore new options around the Rio Rancho area to find an equivalent option and give another business the opportunity.

Why the 5 star one might ask. It pertains only to the original roast beef sandwich. Been eating Arby’s Vince the early seventies. Had many menu items(none I much cared for). Nothing like the original roast beef. Still tastes the same and staked high. As the original slogan states: “Arby’s roast beef the one from coast to coast beef. With the secret fact we keep under our hat.”

Clean store, attentive and the food comes out quickly with accuracy. My family’s order has never been wrong. Matter fact, a gentlemen remembers my entire order!! I wanna give a HUGE shoutout to Travis who works at this location. Additionally, Tanea, who literally always has a smile on her face. I know I’m not the boss but I know two good workers when I see them. Give them a raise!
