So I definitely won’t be back . Not the hibachi I had a taste for . It wasn’t good to me at all and I LOVE hibachi I had the steak and shrimp with fried rice and I don’t think at all it was worth the $20 I spent on it . They use some fishy seafood seasoning on everything and it was awful it they claim it’s very expensive. Idc how expensive it was it was disgusting . I requested a different seasoning but they said they don’t have other seasoning. So they remade the ride icing salt and pepper but even that was still nasty . Too salty but I didn’t wanna make an issue . I just won’t come back . Also my steak was too done … very hard and chewy I asked for medium well . And the shrimp didn’t hit for nothing . I ate the meats anyway cuz I paid for it but …. Just overall bad experience on the taste side .

Stopped in Houston and found a great Japanese restaurant with affordable happy hour, open seating, plenty of space, and hibachi grill. The food is tasty and savory. The protein is cooked to perfection and the sushi is delicious!!! Went back twice in my short trip. Low sodium soy sauce for me please. Thank you! If you’re looking for a place that provides indoor and outdoor seating check them out! Let them know I sent ya! Enjoy.

Super yummy with fair prices! Ordered here on a whim because we wanted something easy and that was nearby. Service was fast, everything was great! The fried rice with shrimp, spider roll, and the shrimp tempura are must tries! So good we ordered it for take out dinner twice !

Went on a Wednesday night and was not busy at all. I got the steak hibachi and it was great. Steak was cooked the way I requested and tasted like it was fresh. Veggies were good and rice as well. The salad it came with was ok, a little too much dressing, maybe ask for dressing on the side if you don’t like too much. It is showing some age in some spots. Reasonable prices as well for hibachi.

Visited on a Wednesday, midday, party of 3. So it was pretty empty. Cook was very funny and we had a great time. Had hibachi. We all had steak and one appetizer. Everything was very good. I honestly wish they would ask if we wanted salt, pepper, or any type of seasoning on our meat. I know that it’s not a thing at hibachi. Because of the teriyaki sauce. Other than that, we absolutely enjoyed ourselves. Would go back for sure. Price is right for the amount of food you get

I’m extremely disappointed in my experience with this restaurant. I thought maybe I could have a quick lunch and a glass of wine or two at what I already expected to be a mediocre Japanese restaurant. The food was OKAY, but the service was despicable. I had one glass of wine, my friend (a man) was on his second glass of wine when I asked for another. (And of course the server had nothing to say about my friend, A MAN, having two glasses of wine.) After eating our entire meal, so it’s been at least 30 minutes the server literally looked at me and said “maybe you have too much!” and literally wouldn’t serve me another glass of wine. My companion asked him multiple times to refill my wine glass and the server keeps looking at me saying “maybe you have too much” I was absolutely aghast. Sir, I am a grown woman. I was CLEARLY not intoxicated. (From one glass of wine!) and the server was seriously embarrassing me, trying to make it seem like I was intoxicated. I have NEVER had a server deny me alcohol. I couldn’t believe that he would be so rude and embarrass me like that. When I say he told me at least 6/7 times “maybe you have too much” I’m not exaggerating. I will NEVER come back to this place. I can’t express how pissed I am about this experience. Not only was the food mid quality but rher service was terrible. This wasn’t the only problem. The server barely understood English and had problems taking our order. (No judgement whatsoever about this but it just added to the hell of the experience.) I would not recommend this place to anyone.

A great sushi restaurant, where you can also sample some Japanese liqor/beer (this is also part of tourism, right?).
I dined at this great place during lunch hours (1-2pm), it had groups of workmates from the nearby offices.
The service was excellent, the hostesses and waiters were good at explaining the meals or drinks. And, the fair prices for such culinary skills (open kitchen?).

88 Roll, Tokyo night, snow crap, thy are all really good. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Is worth to come and try it out.

The REAL is that this 5 star food in a 2 star area of Houston. Nicknamed “Gunspoint” because of all of the previous gun violence and sketchy neighborhoods in the surrounding area.
NOT TO WORRY… this entire strip is 24/7 monitored by private security and the strip center hasn’t had an issue in years. I worked in this strip for almost 10 years and the food in this area is amazing… but the area right outside of this strip is still sketchy.
GEN Z – looking for a friend hangout or a good evening experience… look no further than this hidden gem!
