Stopped in for a quad espresso in a tall paper cup. Then I remembered that my Starbucks cup was in the car.

This is my favorite Starbucks to visit! The employees are always super friendly and helpful, and my drinks are always made just right. I stopped in yesterday and was helped by a really nice guy named Daniel. While I was ordering, I noticed the new protein-boost drinks on the menu — I had no idea Starbucks offered protein! Craig, the manager, took time to explain all the different ways I could add it to my drink. I was so happy to learn I could upgrade my latte and still keep it sugar-free. I ended up getting my usual iced vanilla latte with a protein boost, and it was delicious (as always). Big thanks to Daniel and Craig for being so helpful — I’ll definitely be back!

Great drinks. Very tasty. Not the point though. I’d like to highlight the awkward conversation that a manager(?) chose to have with an employee in the dining room.
Not only was it a personal, delicate, and I’m sure embarrassing conversation for the Emily to undergo, but doing it in a public setting, in front of customers, speaks on the lack of leadership this “manager” actually has.
That’s it. Just unfortunate. Would hate to have that to me, but fortunately my higher ups know better than to have a discussion of that nature publicly.

It’s upsetting that they can’t make drinks consistent. I love the pink drink but it’s frustrating when you go and it’s not good and it’s happened many times and you hope to get it right and sometimes it is, but having to ask them to make your drink right 50% of the time is ridiculous. They are always so friendly at this location which I am grateful for that. But after today’s visit I don’t think I will be going back. I’m just getting so frustrated with my drink being made incorrectly. Please re-train your employees on how to make their coconut refreshers. Thanks

I go to this location maybe 30% of the time. It’s closer to where I live but not on my way to work. The employees here love my dog and always get excited to give her a pup cup. My dog gets so excited waiting in line that she shakes uncontrollably. Oh, and my coffees are good, too. Thanks!

honestly top 3 worst places ive been. they dismissed my ideas like they were nothing, treated me terribly due to me being a local orphan, were completely disrespectful towards me when i asked if they could break a bill for me, on top of other horrendous things. i think getting rid of everyone and rebuilding the establishment would do better for the community

So I would like to preface that I work in the same complex as this Starbucks and our business spends alot of money here getting our coffees between all of us girls, and every time I come in here the service is terrible. The employees have attitudes and I will never spend another dollar in this Starbucks, and I will also encourage my employees to support a local business nearby instead. This is the ONLY Starbucks I have ever had a problem with, and it’s unfortunately the one that is 500 feet away from me every day.

I am no longer going because of the change in SF vanilla. I can’t stand the taste of the new stuff and its the only option for SF they have. I have spent sooo much money over the years there but their correct order success rate is probably 60% for me and there is not consistent measuring at all. Some use half pumps and some use full pumps. Costs waaayyyy too much for often being left disappointed over a simple drink. The change in the flavor was the death strike.
