I have to admit, I don’t go much to Krispy Kreme. I’m more of a Dunkin Donuts man, but with their Harry Potter collaboration, I had to place the pickup order online at around 2am (since it’s always unavailable on the website) to get a dozen to bring home for the family. We’re big fans, they loved it!

Came here for 3 original glazed and was so disappointed. All 3 donuts felt like the gooey ones you can get at Publix when you don’t drive to Krispy Kreme. I don’t mind that they aren’t hot and ready but freshness should never be sacrificed. This is the only terrible experience I’ve ever had eating a Krispy Kreme doughnut, so bad it deserved a review.

My only complaint is they never accept coupons for online orders. This way you can pick your donuts in adv. Yet they always offer more than what they display on their to-go board which makes it difficult to order via drive-thru if you’re being picky and asking back and forth… So you have to keep the app open with the order page as if you were about to pay for an online order. That way the donut varieties are listed on one screen and you’re not scrolling. I don’t want to go back and forth asking them for certain flavors that aren’t listed on their board, but I also prefer the variety. You really would have 6 options to choose from if you relied on their drive-thru board, none of which are seasonal. Quite frankly they should update to digital.

They said yes I can enter the store. I told my kids that were going to eat donuts but we got there and told us “drive thru only” disappointed. Don’t said over the phone yes you can go in the store if you cannot when you arrive!
