I placed an order through the Tim Hortons app while I was standing inside the store. After about eight minutes, my order still hadn’t been made. I went up to the counter to ask about it, and only then did the staff begin preparing it.
Unfortunately, one of the items I ordered was a featured drink currently promoted in the app, but the staff said they had not received the product needed to make it. That was disappointing since it was actively being advertised.
I also ordered Timbits, and they were stale.
Overall, the experience could have been much better. This seems to be a recurring issue with Tim Hortons locations inside gas stations, particularly these Bolla Market locations. They feel like a very watered-down version of what a Tim Hortons should be.
If I were Tim Hortons, I would seriously reconsider some of these franchise partnerships, because locations like this don’t reflect well on the brand.

This was my first trip to a Tim Hortons. I had high hopes which were dashed early. My husband had coffee which was fine. I had hot chocolate which was just okay. The donuts were the low point. Looked good and tasted like they were made of wood shavings and glue. It was a real disappointment. Bright spot was the cashier and server. She was welcoming and enthusiastic.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service was just as bad as their donuts. I ordered tim bites and pastry, the donuts looked like someone was eating it and the pastry was cold they didn’t even try to warm it. The young lady who was giving me my food looked like she didn’t want to be there. She never said hi or have a good day. On the outside looking in you think you would walk into this shop and be wowed but I was disappointed that I spent $10 for bad food and customers service. Your employees will be the reason this company fails.

I order on uber eats they forgot my iced frap, So I ordered again while they gave me my drink but with no whip cream because I put in the comment your forgot my drink so i had to order again. This is not good customer service, I shouldn’t have to order twice, and they mess up both times. It’s Absolutely ridiculous!

Hours on the door say they are open until 10:00PM
I showed up at 9:58 one night before an overnight shift and they were closed. Which is understandable, cutting it close. Next night I got there at 9:25 and they were closed, the lady working looked at my and waved her hands no. Unreal.

This is a complaint about ROSE the employee .The gas station here advertises $6.00 meal deal she refused to offer it wants $8.00 Even though advertise on all gas pumps $6.00 all Tim Hortons advertise this price . 2nd time come to gas station convince store same issue Told her let go outside to see advertised pump refused.

I come through the drive thru in the morning very frequently, and the girls that take my order are fast and kind. Recently they haven’t been there and the lady that’s there not kind and very slow. I ordered my food only for it to come out cold. Spent 10 minutes just waiting for a drink and a sandwich. Ridiculous. They need to bring those 2 girls back

I actually like the food, however I come in the mornings at first it said 24 hours that stopped, then 4:30am it says on the door for Saturday mornings, nope they open at 5:30am however it doesn’t open at 5:30am either sometimes 5:35 or 5:40am people have jobs and skip other places to get breakfast and go here for convenience thinking they will be open and nope, it’s all a lie!!! Then we end up going without breakfast or some nasty food from gas station next store. Get the store in proper order. This is out of control.
