I’ve gone multiple times and they NEVER get my order right. I ordered a small philly cheesesteak combo with no mushrooms and extra pickles everything else the same. AND ALL I GOT WAS STEAK AND CHEESE (it’s also not the first time they’ve done this). Then i went back to get it fixed, everything was good until i found mushroom chunks in my food.

I love ❤️ the small chicken Philly sandwich and fries. The sandwich size is just right. There fries are always hot and when I add a Dr. Pepper, I’ve got a great meal. I haven’t had anything else, I’m sure that’s good too. I’ve never been inside, I do the drive thru.

Usually every time I order here for pick up my food is hot and fresh today I went in at 11 my boneless wings are not hot and not much sauce. I asked for extra cheese on my fries which they did the fries are perfect.

I ordered the REGULAR size old school cheesecake with Louisiana fries and a strawberry lemonade, no ice. I Recieved a SMALL size steak sandwich instead. It was in this little box. I also ordered a regular size bacon philly without tomato guess what was on the sandwich, tomatoes. I did find out they had basically gave me half a sandwich and didn’t hold the tomatoes until I got home last night and by then I wasn’t going ALL the way back to get it corrected. They also didn’t have the lobby open and made everyone go through the drive through. I had to make two separate orders online which didn’t make sense either. I would like the other half of my sandwich I paid for.

Here’s the thing the food is good but pricey. The employees dont seem to give happy greetings many times. I really enjoy their strawberry lemonade but perfer a regular size combo. So its an up charge which is expected. But my large lemonade came with practically a full cup of ice so technically i still ended up with a small despite ordering a large. I spent 17 dollars. Next time I order my drink and requested no ice, kid you not I got like 15 fries. But this was my experience but I enjoy the food

To say the sandwich was dry it had zero flavor. For the price that we spent to eat it was not worth it at all. I was very disappointed because it smelled amazing in that place. The lemonade was amazing though
