On a short stay at Leucadia Beach Inn we needed some dinner. I found Eat Crispy Burgers on UberEats. The double cheeseburger had a deal that included free French fries so I order two of us for us to pick up.
The prices are very fair. Pickup time was just a few minutes. We placed the order and heads that way with a quick stop at the 7-11 for some $1 drinks.
Our order was ready when we arrived. Getting back to the hotel the food was hot. The burgers and fries were delicious with generous size portions. After eating all we could we still had a full order of fries leftover.
I especially appreciated the ability to add or deduct items. The pickled onions and the toppings made the burgers so tasty.
I highly recommend ECB. A short drive from 101…good service and memorable food.

We were in the area, hungry, and looking for something delicious. Based on Google reviews, we found this spot and decided to try it. As soon as we walked in, we realized there’s no seating—it’s definitely grab-and-go. But everything was legit: burgers, fries, onion rings, and crispy too—just as they should be—salty, greasy, and bursting with original flavor. You’re not getting a healthy burger here. A burger is meant to be salty, greasy, crispy, and delicious—and that’s exactly what we got!

I had such a great experience eating at Crispy Burger! The food was delicious! I ordered the Crazy Onion Rings, which were perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the kids’ meal sliders, which were a big hit as well. Everything tasted fresh Monsarrat and Harry went above and beyond ,they were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out quickly. Their customer service was top-notch, and the whole experience was smooth and efficient.
I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Crispy Burger to anyone looking for amazing food paired with excellent service!

Better than expected for the price. The patty had a nice crisp, the fried egg was on point, and the burger salad option came with a generous pile of fresh veggies. Ingredients aren’t high-end, and the sauces taste sweet enough to assume a heavy sugar load, making this more of a takeout play. Still, a solid, no-frills burger if you know what you’re in for.

Atmosphere here was ok, very small establishment (Standing room only) not a lot of interaction from the employees. Please note hamburgers have to be eaten immediately, or you’ll have a soggy sandwich. Overall this place has potential.

I can’t believe I have missed this place and found it on Google with only *5 Star ratings. See picture with all the fresh burgers handmade in the refrigerator. They smash them up on the grill for each order. I got the Classic “All American ” Crispy burger and my brother in law had the “Cowboy Crispy burger”. Both were fantastic. He had a chocolate shake with whip cream topping which was very good. The Onion rings I got with fries and both were really crispy. Only bad thing is there are no tables because of the City of Encinitas took them away. We ate on our tailgate truck but that was fun!

Super tasty smashburgers, about as good as they get! I got the single original with just the patty, cheese, onions, and a thousand island type of sauce. Excellent service too: since it was my first visit I didn’t know that the onions were cooked, finely chopped and mixed in with the sauce making them hard to see. When I examined it in my car (there’s no place to sit inside), I didn’t see the onions and brought it back. They didn’t correct me, but quickly made another one and let me keep the first. I later discovered that the onions were in fact on the first one too.
