I prefer to leave this as private feedback for the owner. However, after several poor experiences and feedback received with eye-rolls, it was time to leave a review. While the breakfast options and coffee are fine, the customer service/baristas are rude at best. There have been inconsistencies with coffee orders and food items, and specials have been incorrectly messaged. I’ve left feeling frustrated more times than not. Scooter’s is down the road and the staff is very friendly and they have a rewards program!

Usually I love this place and recommend it to friends. I typically come during the week and have great service. However, the other weekend I went and was very disappointed. I ordered 2 drinks and they were both wrong, I also ordered 2 sandwiches and they were undercooked, the eggs were cold and cheese wasn’t even melted. Since it’s not extremely cheap its disappointing to pay so much for breakfast and look forward to it only for it to be not what you ordered.
UPDATE: I went back today and the girls working were so sweet and my coffee came out amazing!

The drink, I always order did not taste quite right, and when I called the barista was very rude and disrespectful. This is the only coffee spot we’ve ever had a problem with like this. So sad because I looked at other reviews and it seems to be an ongoing problem here. We won’t be back.

Waited in line for 20 minutes and received the 8$ “coffee” without any espresso in it. Just milk and flavoring. And I had asked for oat milk even and it was just regular skim milk. Not very happy. Did not have time to wait in line again to have it corrected. Will not be returning. I had big hopes for their coffee. 🙁

Location just opened in Plymouth Wisconsin. Wanted to check it out right away and get some photos of the building. So far so good even though the line was around the building, it moved quickly and of course the coffee is pretty good. I will update this review as needed.

Super quick stop for a chai, and was pleasantly surprised. Although it was very sweet, its under note of spices give it a uniqueness that major coffee chains don’t have. 100% recommend, as a sweet treat though.

I am a regular customer. As of lately the baristas in the morning have been extremely rude and disrespectful. For example one day I asked for cream cheese on my bagel rather than on the side. I then could hear the girl making my bagels say mean and awful things about me behind the window. I asked the girl at the window who it was and the baristas name was Emily. I wanted to write this review calling her out so that she knows how hurtful that was. I will not be returning to this biggby as that experience has ruined it for me. She has not been the only one who has been rude or disrespectful but I feel that she was the final straw for me.
