Both times I have eaten lunch here, the order I was brought was incorrect. I’m not one to send my plate back just for missing a few veggies though, so of course the food was still eaten. I had a cheeseburger, and while the food itself was not bad, the service felt pretty lacking. When I dined in, the dining area felt almost like a clinic though. Very bare walls, cold temperature, and uninteresting decor.

I have been here several, several times since opening and sometimes happy and sometimes not so much. Today I ordered a large order called it in and had the friendliest girl take my order. I arrived to pick up my order and was immediately greeted with a smile and I think it was the same young lady who took my call. I was also greeted by another young lady that came in a little bit later. When my order was ready they asked me if they could carry it to my car because they had put all of it in a big box for me, and once again the young lady that took care of me carried it out to my van. This was by far the friendliest group of people you have working here, hang on to them!!!

Awful. I noticed the meal I wanted only came with one side and asked to add a side. I was informed there was a meal deal that came with two sides so I ordered that. The only difference was an additional side and I didn’t notice until I left that it was literally twice the price. I Ordered my food to dine in because I live 20 min away. It took about 30 min to get my food and at 8:40 I was handed my food in a to go bag and told they were closing. I sat in my car and ate. The mashed potatoes were cold and the gravy had dumped out from the way my food had been carelessly tossed in the bag. I will never eat at another del rancho.

food is awsome, and dosnt take long for them to bring it to u, the country fried steak dinner with mashed potatoes is what I usally order, definitely would go thier again. waitresses are always friendly, and helpful. the restaurant is also always very clean .

Sandwiches were delicious, but $26.40 for 2 sandwiches, 2 sides, and one drink is a little high for this type of dining. Restroom was dirty and had no paper products.
