Just had some really good tostadas de ceviche at Mariscos El Cora in Santa Rosa! The flavors were amazing, and they’ve got a great variety of hot salsas to try. Couldn’t decide which was better — the fish or the shrimp — so I’d recommend both

Best seafood ever!! The seafood tower is perfectly spicy and so good with a little bit of everything, And huge we shared. The ceviche camarones tostada is the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend and they have kid items as well! This is our favorite food truck , you must try it!!

I’ve been here so many times, and it’s always a great experience. The staff is friendly, the service is consistent, and the food is perfect all year round. They’ve never disappointed me!
If you’re into seafood like I am, I highly recommend the seafood tower—it’s a beautiful, delicious stack of shrimp, octopus, and fish, garnished with red onions and avocado, and drizzled with a savory sauce & more! They offer a variety of salsas if you like a little spice, and it comes with tortilla chips on the side.

Camarones a la Diabla – spicy and flavorful
Pozole Rojo de Puerco – comforting and authentic
Tostada Marlin – packed with flavor
Camarones al Cora – a must-try!
Mole Rojo de Pollo – rich and delicious
And don’t skip the aguas frescas—they’re so refreshing!

I went to food truck Mariscos El Cora at Mitote on Sebastopol Road. Their tacos governador are so, so good. Shrimp, cheese, cilantro, red onion, lettuce, and tomato. I highly recommend this food truck.
