Good mexican food fast food place. Pretty much empty when we got there but it was 2pm so thats understandable. Quick order and cashier girl was nice and patient. I wish they have a salad meal option instead of just sides. Everything else has rice.

Food was really fresh this morning chicken was well seasoned and the food was hot! Really quiet and tucked away.. it’s in the same shopping center as Sprouts grocery market. I think El Pollo Loco is a better choice if you’re trying to be healthy compared to fried chicken.

Place is ok and well kept. However, during our visit , foods are available for carry out only and their restroom is temporarily unavailable for patrons because of the current pandemic situation, which is totally understandable. Staffs are nice and courteous, The foods are ok and just like any other Pollo Loco branches we’ve visited before.

Chicken here is pretty damn tasty and seems to be a hell of a lot healthier than KFC or Popeyes Chicken. We like to drive through and a lot of the time get the 10 piece chicken only. We take it home and heat it up for dinner with a bag salad and voila, we have a nice healthy dinner. The chicken is cooked with citrus and flame broiled with some herbs and spices that help create a great flavor profile. The staff at this location are fantastic and they extend a discount to us seniors. We have enjoyed their sides before and they also make some gosh darn good burritos. Add salsa and chips and you have an E ticket to Flavortown. Good food, good service, easy access, equals 5 stars in my book.

My guacamole burrito gave me and my husband way too much gas for 2 days after eating here. The first time and second time it was fine but the third time we went thru the drive thru at this Hemet location at 9 pm and it tasted fine but something was not right with all the gas we had later.

I asked for fresh chopped thigh meat in my avocado burrito and they give me the shredded chicken that was left over from the previous night! I’m not stupid I know fresh chicken when I eat it! I mean my god I use to work at the Winchester location! Josh was actually pretty cool as a cashier.
