We went here just by happenstance and man am I glad we did. We were looking for somewhere to eat as we got into Springdale and options were limited due to seasonal closures. That greatly played to our benefit. We started with a few signatures cocktails (blackberry jalapeño Margarita) don’t skip this, thank me later. For dinner we had the pistachio chicken (10 out of 10) and the bison tenderloin (9.5 out of 10). Even the house salad was next level. For dessert we had the salted carmel cheesecake. Everything here is sourced local or made in-house. Being we had just came from Vegas and ate at several Michelin star restaurants I would say the food, drinks and the service would stand toe to toe with any of them. I want to recognize our server Ashley who took service to the next level. She treated her guests like they were eating at 5 star restaurant. She brought her A game and we never had to ask for anything. She was polite, professional, engaging, and funny. If we weren’t going back to Zion we would definitely go back for Wild Thyme.

We chose this restaurant to celebrate our first anniversary and I gotta say it’s a good call! They were incredibly accommodating regarding my husband’s gluten-free diet. They made sure his potatoes were cooked on a separate grill to avoid cross-contamination.
I ordered the Cowboy Ribs. The meat fell right off the bone. The texture was tender, and the sauce was well-balanced. I loved it!
My husband had the Cliffhanger Sandwich on a GF bun. The chicken breast was juicy and not dry, and the potatoes were delicious. He’s usually anxious about dining out, but Wild Thyme made him feel safe and reassured.
For dessert, we had the gluten-free chocolate cake. It was delicious! The texture is different from a regular wheat cake. It’s denser and moister rather than fluffy, but in a good way. A bit too sweet for my taste but my husband loved it. We enjoyed it and will recommend this restaurant:)

The food was FANTASTIC, the atmosphere was great. I wish it was warm and we could eat outside. Our server was incredible! All gold stars, would not hesitate to eat here again. The bison ribeye was perfectly cooked! The asparagus and potatoes perfectly complimented it! My wife’s salmon was great, and the death by chocolate finished it off perfect! I had the smoked old fashioned that was perfectly balanced, not too strong and not too sweet with that Smokey flavor brought right to the table, my wife loved her marg! I didnt take food pics but I did snap one of my old fashioned. Do not hesitate to have a meal here!

Wonderful, delicious dessert and coffee. The hostess was kind enough to seat us without reservations on Valentine’s Day. We biked down the trail from Zion National park and it was worth it! Beautiful scenery and delicious dessert.

Jaden and Appri gave us excellent service and answered all our questions and were friendly staff. The food was delicious we had the ribs which was a large order and the meat just came off the bone and pistachio crust chicken and the seating was plentiful and parking area was large and easy to get in and out. Large drink selection and amazing dessert options we highly recommend them.

Nice place! Actually the best around this area for me! The prices are high but the food is really worth it, the portions are big. The bison is very good and big, my wife had it and she was so happy with her election. I got the special of the day (trout) and it was delicious! The view is another plus to this nice restaurant

Wild Thyme Cafe was recommended by friends, and it did not disappoint. The service was wonderful – thanks for the conversation and amazing service, Sami! We shared the Big Sexy Burger then apple crisp with ice cream for dessert. So incredible! The whole burger was really tasty, but the bacon stole the show. This cute cafe is just close enough to Zion NP to be convenient, but far enough away to avoid the craziness. Such a relaxing, beautiful spot, with spectacular views of the mountains. There was a large tour group eating at the same time we were there, yet the service never faltered and the staff never seemed stressed or wavered in their friendly attitude. Now we’ll be recommending Wild Thyme to others!

We had a great experience here from start to finish. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately set the tone and made us feel comfortable.
The food was outstanding. I ordered the Wagyu burger (Japanese beef), and it was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can really taste the quality of the meat. My girlfriend had the shrimp pasta, and it was just as impressive—rich, well-balanced, and full of flavor.
Between the excellent service and the high-quality food, this place really delivered. Definitely a spot we’d recommend and would happily return to.

We stopped here after a long day of hiking in Zion National Park for a bite and beverages. The main restaurant is surrounded by a fruit tree farm and tables on the lawn. The red rocks make a great backdrop while you’re relaxing with a beverage. We had the Piggy Sliders and a beer. The sliders were excellent. We were fixing dinner at home later so we didn’t order entrees but everything we saw around us looked delicious and that was backed up by the comments we heard. We’re thinking about a day trip back here for lunch again soon.
