For someone with celiac disease this was a great experience because my waitress Monica was very helpful and understanding of my dietary needs today. She took time to ensure that my options were truly gluten-free and suggested alternatives for many items I couldn’t have. I had the bacon chicken ranch sandwich with a gluten-free bun and a Caesar side salad (without croutons I could not put it down. It was amazing juicy tasty and a burger, albeit was chicken. I posted to my Snapchat this is a 5 of 5 for my Snapchat friends. I gave this experience a five out of five would do it again and again, totally recommend Guy Fieri’s Council Bluffs, Iowa. They truly mean it when they say welcome to flavor town. My wife had the special which was the salmon and she finished her meal before I got through mine and I never put my sandwich down Guy Fieri’s restaurant in Council. Bluffs, Iowa is one of my new favorites. Thanks Monica for an amazing experience.

Very disappointed. I like Guy but This place is not worth the hype at all. First the menu on this site is not the same at the restaurant. Menu on here is better but not available. Smoked shotgun shells- not available! Pan roasted salmon- not available. I would have left at this point but we stayed. Got the trashcan nachos. As soon as the can came off they fell and some went onto the table? They also were not that good ànd shouldn’t have bbq sauce and should have sour cream and some crunchy veggies! The beef was more like lunch meat than anything else. Cheese cake was ok. Definitely not worth it!

While our server was excellent—attentive, friendly, and professional—the quality of the food was deeply disappointing and completely overshadowed the service.
We ordered a burger, chicken strips, and the “Off the Hook” fish and chips. The chicken strips were acceptable, but that was the only bright spot. The burger arrived cold and was cooked well past done, with no pink at all—dry, overcooked, and clearly not fresh from the grill.
The most unacceptable part of the meal was the fish and chips. As one of the most expensive items on the menu, it came with only two small pieces of cod, which already felt like poor value. After getting home and sorting through the leftovers, we found an additional tiny fragment of cod buried in the fries (pictured). This does not come close to justifying the price and feels careless at best.
This restaurant appears to rely heavily on a famous name while delivering food that is, at best, below average and at worst, poorly executed. Charging premium prices for inconsistent portions and subpar preparation is unacceptable. It’s disappointing to see a recognizable brand settle for such low standards.
Excellent service can’t compensate for food that fails to meet even basic expectations. Unfortunately, this experience left us frustrated and unlikely to return.

Went in here for all the hype. Had fries, Trash Can Nachos and chicken tenders. Fries tasted good. Nachos, I personally didn’t like the presentation as they lack the crunch. Others dining with me liked it. So it’s kind of a wash. Chicken Tenders are a huge let down. They are so breaded and we had to throw it away.
Service was top notch. Server was always following up if we needed anything more, we have everything else etc. overall experience was good

Great service. Great food. Salmon was great as well as the potatoes and asparagus. The waitress, Monica was nice and gave us great service. Even making sure my husbands diet or gluten free ingredients were truly gluten free. I would eat here again and again. Food and service were both great. Thanks so much.

Bridget was amazing, she answered all my questions and provided excellent service. The gluten free bun on my Tatted up burger was soft and delicious. Must try the caliente margarita and the Kobe burger was a full mouth experience.

If you’re looking for flavor town I can’t say to go here. Most flavorful thing was the trash can nachos, main courses were bland in comparison. If it’s a nice day I recommend asking to sit on the patio outside, nice views with the food. If you want to give it a try I would go for it, I can only recommend the trash can nacho appetizer.

My husband ordered the special,steak (medium rare), mashed potatoes and asparagus. The steak came out well done. The waitress took the steak back only. He tried the potatoes and asparagus and they were cold. His second steak came back well done as well. I ordered fish and chips with fries and coleslaw. The fish was very greasy. The fries were just ok, but the coleslaw was extremely spicy. I ordered a Guy Tai to drink. It just tasted like pure alcohol. I couldn’t even finish it. When we first sat done we started hearing someone singing. We both thought they had karaoke, but to our surprise, it was actually a band. The entire experience was horrible and I would not recommend it at all. And our waitress was slow and not friendly.
