On 9/4/25 I ordered a cajun chicken biscuit add cheese + egg. Got a drink and a side. Paid and got a receipt. Asked the employee pictured (Shaterika?) if my biscuit had egg + chese like I requested and she raised her voice and said YEAH WE HEARD YOU, THEY ARE ON THERE.

Then she asked the cook if the egg and cheese were added. They were not. She took my bag, took the biscuit out and opened it and told the cook to add them. Then she ran her mouth while I can still hear her saying I didnt even pay for that and I am “slowing down their drive thru time”. Wrapped it up, and tossed my bag at me and slammed the window shut. Didn’t give me my drink I paid for either. Had to drive around drive thru again to get drink. While pouring my tea, she complained again about how I am slowing down their drive thru time. No apology. My biscuit was in 5 different pieces from her tossing around and slamming my food like a punching bag. I would have been happy to pay whatever total to get my food they way I wanted it and ordered it. Its not my problem if your robot order system and cashier are not ringing things up properly.

I was the only car in the drive thru the entire time of this horrendous visit. Your drive thru time is poor because you do not fulfill orders accurately and don’t pay attention. You blame the customer for your mistakes and your inability to do your job properly. Not my problem.

This employee is INSANE!

Fast Lane
Customer service was a crew member shouting “God Made Dirt” to crew member in the back of the house. Cashier was very friendly, but was struggling while coworker walked back and forth talking. My wife purchased 4 bird dogs, one for each of my 3 children. I saved mine until later. Opened it later that same night to heat it up and was immediately sick to my stomach looking at the molded bread. All I could think about was the sandwiches my children ate earlier that day.

Cierra was working the window 1/22 when I came for lunch. As I pulled off to sit in the parking lot and eat I realized they didn’t put a ranch in the bag with my Bo Bites. No big deal, I walked inside with my receipt and she was also standing at the register for walk up customers. I asked “hey can I get a ranch, I just came through the drive thru”. She continued to busy herself with changing out trays. Another woman came up and asked me if I needed to order. I repeated I just needed a ranch, and she got it for me. She said “sorry about that have a nice day”. I told her no problem, and thanks. Cierra proceeded to look over and say “SORRY? Why are you saying sorry? She didnt PAY for a ranch.” I did indeed PAY for a ranch, because it comes as a sauce with Bo Bites. Yall need to get it together here, it’s so hard to get a job as it is, and it’s truly crazy yall are playing with your job security treating customers like this when they’re being polite. Over a cup of ranch.

Ordered a steak egg and cheese combo with bow rounds and a sweet tea light ice. The biscuit was spot on, the bo rounds were fresh but a little greasy, and the sweet tea barely had any sugar in it. So overall I would just say taste your sweet tea before you leave.

Waited 30 mins for chicken and when it came out it was burnt. If staff wasn’t standing around talking things would run smoother. The front end cashier didn’t not understand anything we said and got our 3 orders wrong.

The evening shift is awful They need another manager in this store. It’s in such a great location but the service is awful. It’s a shame I have to pull forward when I’m the only person in line. Then when I get my food it’s not right or it’s cold. Looking through the window and seeing how nasty the floors are, trash in the floor. Always seems to be only 2-3 people working. Definitely need to hire more workers that want to work. I had to wait on biscuits so they told me to pick another side. I thought they were giving me another side because of the inconvenience. Not the case. I told them I still wanted my biscuits. They said really?? Then pull up it will be around 17 minutes. I got hot biscuits but my fries were COLD. TOO MUCH COMPETITION AROUND FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE . Management needs to step it up

I have been to this place a couple times now and i can say they lack customer service but this experience was different.
We went inside and ordered egg and cheese biscuits. The lady at the counter is the reason for this review. She was extremely nice and suggested our new favorite egg, cheese, and pimento cheese biscuit. She used coupon for us so we can get a better deal.
Hina was extremely nice and I appreciate her going above and beyond to make our experience wonderful.
This restaurant does have a lot of maintenance issues and carelessness of employees is the main reason for sure. No napkins at the counter and other things missing.

This use to be a Bojangles that had great service but over the last year it has become the worst one I’ve been too. Whoever the owner is needs to step up and do something. The wait times here are ridiculous. Everytime I get 8pc family meal they out of chicken. It’s a special u should have chicken ready.

We were told the chicken would take 15mins. and to pull over. We waited 45mins. An associate can out empty handed and asked if we were waiting for food. I said: “yes, a 12 piece. Been waiting for 20 mins!” They said: “it’s coming.” 25mins later I go in to retrieve our meal. I was told they were waiting for chicken. Ridiculous!
The kitchen area was trashed…. food, cups and garbage on the floor.

They had terrible service, I waited over 10 after I order & I was finally asked “what was my order” they hadn’t even made it, in the “10 minutes” I was standing there, I was forgot about.& there was multiple other people while I was waiting that was getting there order messed up & had to get fixed. Maybe it was just the crew they had on tonight I don’t know, hopefully they have better service usually.
