They have a new manager in the evening and BK has been going downhill ever since. Last week I ordered a double whopper and they gave me a “Texas” double whopper with bacon and I don’t eat bacon. They did not ever answer their phone so I could not rectify the situation without going to the store. Today I ordered two double cheese burgers to avoid the confusion with bacon and the girl at the window said “oh you want the meal?” And I said “there’s a meal for that?” Because I know there isn’t a meal for it and she insisted that there was. I got all the way home and realized they gave me two single cheeseburgers. I tried to call again and the manager claimed the phones were dead and she was chopping tomatoes ? A hour before close? Sure. lol. Regardless they refused to rectify this situation when it’s their fault for being under educated but the manager stood by her employees mistake and refused to fix my meal. This would not have happened under the old management system. 0/10 do not recommend

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. 90 percent of the time you go through the drive through and they tell you door dash only or the dining room is closed. WHO KNOWS. its an issue every single time. You order and then sit and wait for your food for 20 minutes, which is absolutely absurd for fast food. They never get orders correct and the food is cold most of the time because it was just in the back sitting there. I shouldn’t get pulled up to wait and then have to go back in to get my food and its all just been sitting there the entire time and they still forgot stuff. Worthless location. They need to close this one down.

I have tried to go through this drive through 3 or 4 times this calendar year. I actually almost never eat fast food.. maybe once a month. Each time that I have gone there, the person on the speaker box says that they are only taking mobile orders and refuses to take my order.

This most recent time was on Valentines Day, and I was simply trying to get my 10 year old little girl a happy meal. There was no one in front of me, at the window, or behind me, but they still refused to take my order.

At no point did I raise my voice, but I did question the person on the box as to why they wouldn’t take my order in spite of the fact that they had no one in line, and I was told that it is their policy to only take mobile orders because of staffing issues. After a minute or so of a back and forth including me letting them know that I knew they had no orders on their screen, and asking why they wouldn’t let me get a kids meal… I told them that I was going to download their app to get my kid a kids meal. Just as the app was finished installing on my phone a car pulled up behind me, and the person on the speaker as well as an employee from the kitchen came out and were yelling at me to to pull into a parking spot to place my order on the app, and then get back in line. I calmly and quietly let them know that I was almost done in spite of the fact that they were yelling at me. When I finished, I pulled to the window to get my kids meal, and I was greeted by the manager who let me know that she had refunded my order and refused to make it because I didn’t follow their policy. She also accused me of “spreading hate”, which I take great offense to. I work for a non profit whose entire purpose is to love and care for people of all different backgrounds and countries, so “spreading hate” is the last thing I was trying to do. I again asked her why she wouldn’t make my kid a kids meal on Valentines Day, and she said that it was because I was being rude to their people by not following their policy of getting out of line to make a mobile order, and that taking orders at the speaker box was going to mess up their times, so they wouldn’t do that even if there wasn’t anyone in line.

If I was the District Manager of this place, I’d be livid to hear that they are placing times above sales to make their jobs easier. As a Fast Food General Manager and Grand Opener at a competing place for 14 years in my past, I would probably walk in and get rid of whoever is making these decisions and treating guests so poorly. I ended up going to Wendy’s instead, which my kiddo was happy about.

I normally don’t do reviews but this was absolutely wild and just not okay. We got to the window and the lady said to give her a moment and we did. Mind you there was no one at the window and no orders being made. We then proceeded to wait 30 mins before we said hello and heard nothing. Mind you we had a mobile order and we were just going to pick it up. We then go to the window and tell the lady that we have been waiting 30 mins and to tell her we had a mobile order which is why we pulled to the window because understandably it’s annoying for people to do that, but her response was before we could even get the statement out about waiting 30 mins she just cut us off and said to pull up to the next window. And on top of that they hadn’t even started our order until we got to the second window. Never again. I have worked food service before so I understand if it was busy and they were doing the best they could as fast as they could, but there was no reason for a 30-40 mins wait in the drive thru when there was no one in front of us. Absolutely not okay.

i was shocked to see all of the bad reviews on here, i just ate from this burger king and it was honestly the best burger king that i have had in years!!!!!! everything was fresh and hot, full of flavor, and packaged incredibly well. this burger king is amazing compared to the others over here

Picking up an order tonight they had the person on front of me over 5 minutes waiting for their order instead of pulling them up. To my understanding If a Burger King drive-thru order is not ready at the window, employees often ask the customer to pull forward or park to keep the “service time” (SOS) average low.
I did beeped the horn because it was takung longer than usual and i had not seen anyone at the window and the worker was cursing me out from the window. To tell me at the window my order was taken by someone else. Definitely didn’t believe her coming from her nasty attitude and hostility. Please speak to your workers I worked at fast foods before and know the rules too there was no need for her attitude nor for them not to pull the person on the front further up if their food was not ready.

Ordered pick up. After 15 minutes still was behind another car. Had to leave. Employees seen washing dishes and stocking. Morning looks like they’re staffed and know how to run things. Night time….forget about it

Probably one of the worst BKs in the city. All these bad reviews are right. Takes forever for your order. Poor customer service. Food is rarely warm. They mess up your orders a lot. Idk how the manager has a job their.

Will never go to this BK ever again. Hopefully it closes down.

Went thru drive thru at 7:36 am and was told that they are closed. The website says open at 6 am there is also a sign on the drive thru speaker that says “please do not honk horn into speaker” and that alone was our first sign something was amiss. So we waited a few few minutes for a woman to yell “we ain’t open”. This concludes my review can’t review the food because we didn’t get any .

This Burger King is absolutely disgusting and dirty. I bought an original chicken combo meal. I asked if they could please make it fresh due to everything being stale last few times. And of course my fries are cold and stale. The sandwich is not fully warmed. Just trash all the way around. I’m calling corporate everyday til they get their picture
