Amazing Vietnamese food truck with an extensive menu!
I came across this food truck the other night with a hankering for Pho. As I approached, I could see a huge photo collage of most of the dishes served. A very nice woman at the counter took my order, of which I went for the Oxtail Pho and a Pineapple Sugar Cane drink.
After paying, I went to pick a table. Within 8 minutes the food arrived at the table and it smelled wonderful. First off, I’ve never had oxtail pho before… love oxtail, love pho, so perfect combo! The broth was delicious and the pho was fantastic! The only thing I’d say is that the portion was a bit small for Hawaiian and Vietnamese standards.
As for the ambiance, it’s very casual with a street food scene vibe that I was digging! There’s ample parking as well.
Next time I’d like to try the pork rice plate and the snails. If you’ve got a craving for Vietnamese food, this spot is worth trying!

I had their prawns dish at the Saigon Grill Food truck. The food looked good and tasted okay. The salad and corn combo made little sense. And, the fact that the shell was in place the experience not so great (I understand that the option to keep or remove the shell is non standard — this is just my preference). The service was very friendly.

Favourite place to go especially if you’re visiting Hawaii. The staff is very kind, I have very high standards for Vietnamese food being Vietnamese myself and they really outdid it. If you’re craving pho, this place is super cool, outdoor patio (late night vibes) – food is phenomenal 11/10 🙂
Highly recommend the banh canh. We also tried bun bo hue, oc, and bun mang vit, all super delicious and consistent!

Love the shared seating area for the handful of food trucks, especially with the covered outdoor seating, which is a huge plus. The owner was phenomenal and actually brings the food to your table instead of yelling out a number like most places.
Big respect for serving the food on real porcelain/ceramic plates instead of cardboard boxes—it genuinely elevates the experience. Portion sizes are generous, so you won’t leave hungry.

Stumbled across this gem!! It was the closest place opened kind of late night.
I was going to order for to-go, but after being greeted by the owners (I believe they’re the owners) it just felt very welcoming and decided to eat there. There’s lots of seating, and super clean.
The food was amazing, we were always checked up on.
Will def come back with a bigger group of friends next time I’m back in Hawaii!!

Amazing owners. They keep food open late at night for a fun time. Allow others to have a good time st night. They provide a safe space for late hours. The most beautiful couple I have ever seen own this place. The food is delicious and rhe service is fast. I hope to make good friends with them. They had food going all the time with a huge conference going on next door

Had a late night basketball tournament at the Hawaii Convention Center. We looking for a quick place to grab food and stumbled into the parking of Saigon Grill. Menu had plenty of options. The business was open late. The food was delicious . I am definitely going back.

Best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. That’s from east coast to west coast. The broth was just phenomenal! The service was so friendly! Chatted with one of the staff for about half an hour. This place is just straight out awesome!!

Food was very delicious, but this isn’t a place you would go to frequently due to the high pricing. Service is great and they even provide condiments with your meal. But, again, the pricing is just way too high even if they say things like ‘rent’ and ‘food costs’. There are other Vietnamese food places that charges way less. Sucks because this is a nice spot to eat at after working out, but it’s just not worth the money. I ordered the grilled kalbi and wanted to change the white rice to fried rice, but they charged me $6 for it. $6 to change to fried rice lmfao. Just this meal alone with fried rice, NO DRINKS, and $1.20 tip came out to $31 overall. Crazy. Well, it was a tasty experience, but not coming back here again unless I’m balling on money and spending $30+ is like spending $1 to me.

I thought the price on the food truck was a bit steep but I’m super happy I gave it a try. Really authentic snails and amazing flavor for everything we had. Clam soup, escargot, and mango Conch salad was pretty fire. Definitely coming back to try more things!
Definitely a great late night snack spot to hang and chill with friends. Vibe atmosphere and everything is on point. Would totally recommend.
