The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that this place wants you to use the kiosk but they only have 2. People were waiting on measurements I put my order in..caused me to rush and leave some things out since I couldn’t find them right away.

Serena, I hope im spelling that correct. She is incredible. We go here ALOT… like embarrassingly too much. But EVERY single time I see her she always has a smile on her face and has the absolute best customer service I’ve ever seen. She needs a promotion, raise, or to leave Taco Bell and go somewhere that she can make tips!! The absolute sweetest employee I’ve ever met anywhere. Props to you boo!!!!!

I was the only person in the drive thru from beginning to end but they still managed to make my order wrong. Charge me but give me no receipt for my order. Then give me a hard time about me checking my food after receiving it. Good thing I did, the order was all wrong, all the way down to the size of the drink. I understand it’s 9am but why should I pay in time and money for a wrong order with horrible service after I finished a 14hr shift?strongly suggest either not going to this location or just rob the place cause that’s the value of the service to receive.

If you go through the drive through, order sauce, CHECK FOR THE SAUCE!! They don’t pay attention and give you what you paid for. They will look at you like you’re crazy when you bring it up as well; check the receipt and still gaslight you.

I have to BEG my husband to have Taco Bell, a long loved top choice of mine, even for snacks. Unfortunately, even that wont win me this option any longer. I am so simple when I eat here, with my favorite being just a good ol’ runny bean burrito. I love my onions, cheese and sauce and sometimes even get brave and pay extra for extra of each (with an average of no return for the paid extra). I realize what I’m paying for and am actually grateful for the low(er) price with taste and value! I’ll even order extra, add a whole bunch of extra cheese at home, rewrap them with a tightness, and make fried burritos the next day.
We used the mobile order for the first time this round, I dont advise, it is no time saved in this case, and multiple items were “out” so since it was prepaid, we had to switch out the items for equals (ie: Chipotle Cheddar Double Stacked Taco had to be replaced w/reaper or nacho and the Strawberry Skittle Freeze-both my orders and I dont like the reaper FLAVOR and am not a soda drinker [Mtn Dew Freeze option]). The girl at the window was great and almost embarrassed to have to tell me bad news AND of her coworkers’ actions behind her.
Needless to say, I still had to cook dinner when I got home. And had a disgruntled, “I told you so” husband who now demands that if I force Taco Bell on him again, hes making me wait at the window while he goes beyond simply counting/checking items are accounted for and individually unwraps each product to ensure they made them of quality.

Like many places, you order at the screen. It was one of the cleanest I have visited. To service was also great; courteous, helpful, and responsive from the human workers. Service with a smile. The food was as expected. I revisited four more times at the drive-through (limited time).

Lazy… Ordered a shredded chicken quesadilla melt that was mostly cheese sauce & cheese (pic attached). I also ordered 3 hard tacos and only got 2, and for the sauces I asked for a little bit of everything but only got mild.
Moral of the story: check your order before going home.
