Worst experience ever at Popeyes ever! We ordered a 20 piece meal spicy with half wings and breasts and half dark meat. They gave us all dark meat.
We took it back, and only then they told us they were out of white meat. What’s unacceptable is they said they’d been out since 5:00 PM. So they already knew and still didn’t tell us when we ordered. If you’re out, say that up front so customers can decide what they want.
Service was awful and communication was extremely difficult. We had to repeat the order about six times, and it was still wrong. No one could clearly explain what was going on, which made the whole situation even more frustrating.
This was a major inconvenience and completely interrupted our meal. Very disappointed and won’t be back.

First time visiting and this location is by far the worst one I’ve been to. The lady who was taking my order seem very confused they tried to charge me way more for my food. Then when I receive my food I was missing a side and a biscuit but I was too far to turn around. When I finally ate my food I became sick a few hours later and started vomiting. I think this location needs to be inspected, because I don’t think the workers care about their jobs.

Food is consistent and staff are friendly, HOWEVER, they always messed up my orders. Sometimes it’s missing sauces, sometimes they gave me sweet tea when I ordered “unsweetened”, sometimes the person who took my order didn’t bother to tell me they ran out of strawberry berry cream cheese pies and handed me apple pies. Check your order before you leave!

This place really gone down. What happened???? New employees? So last summer I ordered a 50 piece for our bbq, got the chicken and drove 1.5 hours away to a cook out only to find 25 pieces of Chicken. More recently, tonight December 18, 2024 we ordered food and got the worse oldest food ive ever seen!!!!! Red beans and rice looked really bad and old and the chicken legs looked even older. Take a look at the picture!!! Im so tired of spending money as prices continue to rise and we get shittie service, bad food or both!!!

The person 1 person in front of me, that was at the only counter open…. spent 20 minutes ordering for 10 people, asking over and over again what things cost abs what the total was…. honestly, whatever they can do what they want. My issue was that I placed an online order, 5 b minutes before i got there, that they refused to fulfill, even after the entire drive through line was handled…. and once they did, finally grab my food, they gave me mild instead of spicy and also neglected to give me the sauce that was ordered….. weak

Waited in line with 3 other ppl for 5-7 minutes before any popeye employee even turned around and acknowledged any of us! They walked by several times , went to back to grab biscuits and never asked if we need assistance. We all was all waiting for a cashier to place our order. Very unprofessional , very dehumanizing and just out right disrespectful.

It was a decent first time in a long time visit. I only went because of the #TMobileTuesdays promotion. The shrimp were tasty and a decent size. I like the sweet heat sauce with them as opposed to cocktail sauce, odd as it seems. I didn’t like the Cole slaw nor gravy n mashed potatoes but the strawberry creme pie was very good. Thank you for a decent meal for $6 normally around 13. The biscuit was very good but seemed smaller than my +10 years ago visit.

We waited in the drive through over 20 minutes AFTER ordering. The guy in the black shirt was sitting down the entire time with our food waiting on the counter as we sat there (we were only waiting on a soda). As a place considered “fast food” this is ridiculous. Nobody asked if we wanted sauces or anything else. No napkins given. Come on y’all, do better.

Just not the same. This used to be a good spot but things have changes. Food was okay. It had been just sitting out warm but was could have been reheated. Not a good atmosphere.
