5 Stars – Fresh, Flavorful, and a Great Vibe
This was our first visit to Sun Dawg Café, and it definitely won’t be our last. We thoroughly enjoyed everything, from the welcoming atmosphere to the friendly service and, most importantly, the delicious food.
The menu leans toward healthier cuisine, so it’s not your typical burgers and fries joint. Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Best of all, the prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality of food and experience.
If you’re looking for a spot that serves great tasting, health conscious meals without breaking the bank, I highly recommend this local gem.

Cute little sit down dining type of cafe. We had breakfast and everything was pretty good. The staff were very friendly and personable. Prices are about average for the area. There is no parking lot but there is street parking and a parking lot down the street a bit. Would visit again~

First time there! We meet our granddaughter at a restaurant between Pittsburgh and Ohiopyle to meet and eat sometimes. We will be meeting here again. The food was excellent. We had poke bowl, tacos, and salads. They were all fresh and delicious. The drinks were awesome too!

Nice breakfast and lunch spot in Greensburg. Prices are excellent and the selection is equally so. Love this place! Service is wonderful, the wait for a table is short at worst and almost immediate at best. The staff are wonderful people and absolutely work hard. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I’ve been loving this place since it lived in the basement next door, and while I wish they would bring back the falafel tacos, the breakfast tacos I had today were great.
I don’t get to Sun Dawg as often as I should, but was able to visit today thanks to Run Relay and we all enjoyed ourselves.
Anytime you leave full and want to take the leftovers I call it a win.
The pancakes are always solid, I love that their menu changes, and they come up with some really fun specials.

Sun Dawg Cafe had been on my list of places to go for quite some time…and it was a bit of a letdown.
Super friendly staff in a unique and welcoming atmosphere.
Prices are on the high side – $9 for two small breakfast tacos isn’t what I would call a bargain. Small in size, not really all that flavorful.
Steak and Cheese sounded promising with caramelized onions and cheese whiz. This sandwich would be a winner if it had a different bun – waaaaay too much bun for the sandwich.
Overall, I wouldn’t say the place is bad. It just doesn’t sit where its price point puts it.

As someone with a gluten allergy, finding somewhere that is tasty for both me and those who can eat gluten has been very difficult. Sun Dawg Cafe is the exception, though! They have tons of gluten-free breakfast and lunch options that taste AMAZING at very reasonable prices. Two of us were able to eat for under $30 (See receipt in photos)! From the outside, the restaurant looks small. Don’t be fooled… The inside is quite large and spacious. Staff was also very personable and kind. Even though they were very busy, we did not wait at all and served was fast. Recommend to anyone and everyone! We will definitely be back.
