A shame this location is in such a high traffic spot but every time I use this Dunkin it’s a bad experience. Not only did we pay for cold foam and just not get it, the coffees themselves tasted burnt and like there was no flavor in them at all. The stickers said cold foam and 3 mocha 3 hazelnut. I know from other locations that even 1 pump can be detected, this coffee tastes like straight espresso and ice. No way they made them correctly (according to sticker at least). Tired of wasting my money here. Dunkin please make this right. Credit back the two drinks from today and I’ll consider giving them another try because the service was fine! The lady was super nice on the speaker and at the window. But not worth ever returning if it’s gonna continue to be wrong and/or disgusting.

Unfortunately, it’s not very often that you find a Dunkin’ Donuts that is with the proper brand standards. This one was exceptional. Donuts were perfectly made. You can tell the store is at the perfect temperature and humidity so that the donuts don’t have that syrup look on the raised sugar, and that melted frosting that it has some of the improperly kept stores.
When I said, hot hazelnut black coffee, she made it perfect. To me black means no cream, no sugar and don’t forget the hazelnut syrup. So many stores today forget the hazelnut and add milk and sugar for some reason. Hot hazelnut black coffee is only made one way. This lady Was outstanding. Phenomenal job all around. Store was super clean. Staff was very attentive. I love this location.
Staff was super pleasant and helpful. Bought a gift card because I want someone else to hopefully experience this store and share the goodness. Pay it forward.

Great place to sit down with a hot cup and get some work done! The service here is amazing and lightning fast; one time I couldn’t even put my card back in my wallet before I got my coffee! My only complaint is that the men’s restroom is way too cold. Not only is it colder than the test of the building, but I can literally see my breath while I’m inside.
EDIT: It’s not freezing in the restroom anymore! Five stars!

I ordered a regular latte with no sugar but received one with three caramel swirls and three sugars. I kindly asked for a new one without sugar and just sugar packets. The employee took my drink, went back and came back with the same drink and 3 packets of sugar. I didn’t realize until I had already left that it was the same drink she gave me the first time. When I called, the same employee told me it was sweet because it was a caramel latte. So, instead of making a new drink, she just gave me back the same wrong one. Of course I ended up throwing the whole drink away. Not only terrible service but also dishonest.

Noticed the cashier clear her eyes before taking my order. I asked her to wash your hands. She initially suggested she didn’t know what I was talking about. Then when I asked again she and her other coworkers laughed. The lack of hygienic concern is very disappointing. I left without making a order or purchase.

October 9th 2025 at 6:55pm, me and my wife walked inside with the craving for a donut. What we were met with was bugs all over the donuts. We asked the staff if they knew that they had bugs flying and walking all over the donuts to which they replied “yes, we know”. We asked them if they were going to continue to serve them they said “yes, we will tell the manager about it tomorrow.” Not get rid of them. Not refuse to sell them. Not clean up and make/put out new ones. Nope. They were going to continue to sell them to customers with the knowledge that they were unsanitary and unsafe to eat. They acted like this was a normal and common occurance, and we were rhe weird ones for not wanting bug infested donuts. Thank God we didnt go with our initial thought of going through the drive through. Dont eat here if you care about your health

I finally tried the mangonado & it did not disappoint
I added a shot of expresso because I’m also a sleepy girl !
This location was definitely busy and their selection of baskin flavors was too some I hadn’t seen before.

Disgusting! They have bugs that are always on the donuts and I’m not just talking about 1 bug! Multiple knats everywhere and the employees still put them in the box and send them out the drive thru window! Eww… I swear if I never walked inside and seen this for myself, I would have never knew…smh… this is a shame and employees just laugh when you tell them about the bug infestation or doing anything about it! They don’t change their gloves here or wash their hands!
