This café is amazing! It’s so clean and cozy, like being in my living room by the fireplace. The potato soup was fantastic, and Ashley and SJ are doing an incredible job helping out everyone that’s in the lobby, keeping them so happy in helping out every customer that walked through the café door! The service here is spot on.

I am still in shock at the amazing service I received yesterday at this location. I walked in and although they were busy the team lead Ashley made sure to greet me and asked me how I was doing today.
She then helped me find my online order and she realized that I was there much earlier than my co-worker had scheduled it for. Rather than tell me that we were idiots and we came at the wrong time she proceeded to check to see the status of the order and even offered me a drink while I waited.
The order was going to take another 30 minutes or so before it was ready so I left to run some errands and when I came back everything was ready and delicious as usual. This is definitely the most well run Panera I have ever been to. Thank you guys for the great service!
If you can find a way to clone that team lead, do it! She understands great customer service and it comes naturally to her.

We haven’t eaten at Panera for years so we thought we’d try it today. It’s just never been that good and it’s overpriced for the serving size you get. My onion soup was like mud and they also use it for the ajous for the french dip – not a good idea. I read recently they are trying to regain customers but they just lost our business again. There’s too much competition with better items for a lower price.

We relocated from Michigan and Panera has always been our go to for a trustworthy meal. I know that when I give my family Panera we’re eating good ingredients. This location is close to Davidson so we frequently pop up and our son uses the mobile app often. The employees here are just so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this location. I wish I had taken pics of the last time I ordered food. I love the soup in the bread bowl. Sandwiches are always so good, don’t forget to add a couple pickles on the side.
For those of you that love a good deal, look into the unlimited coffee. And those treats, oh my!

Love Panera but this location is mismanaged. Always out of ingredients. Tried to order a family meal and website tells me to order from Denver because this location is out of food? Happens all the time with warm bowls. Get you operations in order guys. This is a clown show

Panera bread is always a good choice for a soup, sandwich. They recently added wide varieties of menu items. Good part is most of the sandwiches you can make it ad veggie sandwich by doing little substitutions. I recently had a tomato soup in a bread bowl, chipotle sandwich. Good place to refresh especially for students. I am SIP unlimited member… if you visit panera 3-4 times a month it SIP membership is a nice option. This particular store is good they suggested me well .. will visit this store again.

Terrible service, is not busy, but everything is dirty, tables, floor, full of people working with laptops but not eating and the worst is hair in my salad! But the flavor was really good!

Nasty food prep. Subpar ingredients and sparse in sandwiches. Had breakfast sandwich with Avocado and avocado was black. Requested extra peppers and aioli and got just the opposite. Chicken was so chopped and sprinkled throughout the sandwich. Just HORRIBLE. Sandwich tasted spoiled

Food is tasty. Portions are extremely small. The pick two option. Half sandwich half soup or salad is more like 1/4 of each. I mean seriously container 1/4 to 1/2 full of salad. Why?
$22 for two pick two meals. Again I think I will go to showmars or cookout. Much larger portions for the same price.
