System reboot at 4:37? Won’t let me wait by the intercom. I have to wait in the parking lot because “she has a camera,” whatever that means. So I waited 15 minutes in the parking lot and proceeded to order. Tried to get triple cheese & bacon loaded fries but without the bacon. They said they can’t do that. I had it customized in the morning at a different location but I guess this location doesn’t do that. Welp, got my food but the box is only half full. Maybe they take the leftover food home after work so they’re extra stingy.

⭐ 1 Star – A Total Disaster from Start to Finish
This Jack in the Box visit was an absolute trainwreck, and I’m still trying to figure out how it all went so wrong.
First off, the wait time was insane — over 20 minutes in the drive-thru for a relatively simple order. When I finally got my food, the order was completely wrong. I paid for a double chicken patty sandwich — they gave me a sad bun with one in it. Also ordered large fries, got medium instead. Strike one.
Then, I got 20 tacos and was given just 2 hot sauce packets. That’s one packet for every ten tacos. Who thought that was okay? And on top of that, they only gave me 2 ranch cups for an order over $150. Like really? For that much food, two ranches? That’s just lazy.
Every soda was completely flat, like they hadn’t changed the syrup or carbonation in days. It tasted like dirty water with a hint of regret. And the fries? Over-salted to oblivion, clearly the work of a night shift that had already checked out.
But wait — it gets better. I had to drive all the way back to the store because of the missing chicken patties and the wrong fries. No apology, no compensation, not even a sense of urgency. Just blank stares and a weak attempt to fix what shouldn’t have been messed up in the first place.
This was a complete failure of customer service, quality control, and basic fast food competence. Never again. Jack in the Box, you owe me my time, my money, and my taste buds back.

II went to the drive thru . &&’ Asked for a number 11 combo or 10 it was one of those II forgot . But it was a homestyle ranch chicken club combo . No tomatoes . No lettuce . &&’ No cheese . But bacon , ranch sauce , &&’ Bread , &&’ Chicken only of course ! A size medium . Read the screen , &&’ It said ‘ only ranch sauce , plain ‘ . II didnt say anythin about the sandwich being ‘ plain ‘ lol . Got to the window . Lady handed me the bag . But when II got to the window . II told her specifically to make sure the sandwich had only ranch sauce , bacon , &&’ The chicken , &&’ Bread . The only part of the order that was correct was the milkshake . The sandwich had cheese on it with no bacon ♀️ . &&’ Gave me a small frie . Asked for more ranch , only gave me three . It just doesnt make sense how some employees choose to work . Stay focused , or dont work at all . Bad experience , was rlly craving it &&’ Looked forward to it being wrong smh .

i was having an emergency like an actual emergency and called them, knocked on the door for ages, and they ignored me until they finally answered the phone and wouldn’t let me in for an EMERGENCY it wasn’t something little it was BAD. they had no sympathy and were not understanding at all, i can’t imagine turning away someone for something so easy to do for someone. i would never turn away someone who just needed to go somewhere private like the bathroom for something so urgent and terrible.

DON’T EVER GO HERE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. Whoever the fella that works the night shift needs to pay more attention to food he’s serving the customers. My curly fries were literally crust. They were the hardest curly fries I’ve ever eaten. I ordered a sourdough jack and the bread was stale. The burger was barely room temperature. Horrible food quality. It isn’t fair to the consumer to be spending hard earn money and be served something so disgusting. I live near 2 Jack in the box locations but this one is the closest but also the one that always let’s me down. Food is normally good during the day but terrible after midnight. I guess I’ll be driving out of my way to another location. I ordered 2 orders of curly fries and they were like dehydrated they were so dry. Literally had to throw all my fries away and I ate only about half the burger after throwing it in the microwave. I shouldn’t have to ask for fresh food at your restaurant but I guess I’ll start…

Recognizing rich for saying franchise is different to app orders…very poorly managed restaurant. Need better coaching

Manager was a guy he refused to give his name. I spent $20 on DoorDash and my dasher came to deliver nothing he said the manager gave my DoorDash order to someone else. Manager refused to make my order again and completely ignored me I have a recording of him. I need my money back and need this guy to get in trouble because that’s terrible customer service
