Waited in line for like a solid 25 minutes just to give my name for a mobile order. Was pleasantly surprised that food was still hot despite my pickup time being 15 minutes before I reached the second window. Hot food is why I gave a second star.

I was held kind of hostage because I had put a mobile order in….typically when a building is this overwhelmed, and tells me over the loudspeaker they are extremely understaffed, I do the decent thing and just leave. But I stayed Because I had to. I understand a little bit of an extra wait if you’re understaffed…. but what I don’t understand is giving out bad product that someone paid for just to get them out of the line. Every single one of my mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them, there was also more of them than there should have been because I’m sure from the visual state the “food” was in they figured I was going to complain….or perhaps they wanted a stronger chance at least one of them contained cheese from how burnt and exploded they were… I also received chicken fries instead of what I ordered for part of my order.

This rating is more for managerial staff. Everybody in that restaurant seemed absolutely overwhelmed, And like they needed more support. Of course the food is bad if your employees are struggling as much as they clearly and verbally told me they were. Not a very pleasant experience.

OKAY I HAVE ATE HERE BEFORE AND I LOVE THAT THE FOOD COMES OUT HOT LIKE … THEY ARE A FAST FOOD CHAIN BUT THIS SPOT THEY COOK TO ORDER AND ONE TIME I GO THRU THE DRIVE THRU AND PUT THE BAG ON MY LAP FOR 1 SEC BECAUSE ALOT OF PEOPLE IN THE LINE BEHIND ME…. I pulled up to the drive thru, and there was no one in front of me. I was told to hold on while they cleared orders. I waited 5 – 8 minutes before someone finally took my order. After pulling up to the window to pay, the cashier took my money. He gave me the drinks after a couple of minutes and it was at that time I asked for ranch sauce. He proceeded to tell me I needed to pay $0.30 for the ranch. After I paid I waited at that window for nearly 20 minutes before I received my food. I cannot believe he had the nerve to charge me for sauce after waiting in the drive thru for that amount of time. No one even offered anything for the wait/inconvenience. To top it off, I got home (less than 5 minutes away) to discover our food WAS NOT fresh! Seriously! Cold sandwiches and my husband’s whooper had so much mayo it was smeared all over even on top of the bun. I will drive to Westland or some place else. This Burger King is going downhill!

I visited Burger King on Saturday, April 12, 2025, and tried the Steakhouse Bacon Whopper for the first time. I must say—it was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed it so much that I plan to order two on my next visit.

I also want to highlight the excellent customer service provided by the managers. Their professionalism and friendliness truly enhanced my experience. Highly recommended.

Why is everybody sleeping on this Burger King with three stars customer service is crazy. Nice people actually smile when they had your food you can have a conversation. Food comes out. Pretty good. Also best Burger King in Dearborn hands-down I will die on that hill

I now understand why this establishment has so many negative reviews. Usually I take reviews with a grain of salt but I’m afraid the negative reviews are warranted when it comes to this location.

We ordered buy one get one free chicken sandwiches this evening and clearly specified no lettuce or mayo due to allergies. Imagine our surprise when both sandwiches contained both. Not to mention the lettuce was brown.

A phone call was made to the establishment to express our concern with the manager and district manager which was responded with, in our opinion, no empathy for the situation.

The district manager did ask if I had the sandwiches which I did, in the trash. He asked if I could return them but unfortunately temporarily being without a vehicle prohibited this.

It’s disappointing that this location takes little or no concern over food safety and customer concerns. The only positive outcome was that I was able to obtain a complete refund from Uber Eats.

Waited in the drive thru for about a half an hour for an online order that I placed prior to leaving my house. Was told when requesting for a refund (due to not receiving my food for about 45 minutes since ordering) that my order was given to someone else and they had to remake it. They couldn’t refund me because my order was placed online. Now I have to wait for a response via their online support. A complete waste of time. Terrible communication. Never again.

Ordered a impossible whopper got home it was totally pink on one side and inside like they put a raw patty on the bun. I had to cook it when I got home. Terrible will not be going back to that location. I’ve had a bad experience before with the food there and I thought I would give them another chance..Their last chance!!!

Self-service kiosk would not print receipt. They would not give me one. The wait was horrid. We waited 30 minutes. The manager’s attitude was very indifferent. Long line of people waiting for food. Our food was cold when we finally got it.
