The young lady at the register was very, very professional and polite. She took my order, repeated my order back to me to make sure of what I said. She also sparked up a conversation to make me feel relaxed. Good for her. Young folks don’t do much talking now adays.

I asked for the New York style. And the pizza taste like regular pizza nothing different.I love Domino’s Pizza. But the only thing they don’t know how to do is read the order. I asked for well done and It did not come well done. They always have a issue with my pizza.If it’s not well done, they forget to put tomato sauce when they have a lot of tomato sauce.They forget to do it well done. And when everything is okay with the pizza they forget to bring the coke Like you could see I left the pizza there. Nobody could eat it.There is only one guy who knows how to do my pizza the correct way there. And I always give him $10 Tip.

This is one of the worst domino’s locations I have had at the very least 3 issues ordering from here the last issue I had was 9/23/25 I ordered food and it never showed up i waited over 2 hrs. And kept getting the run around the diver is in the area oh they are 5 min away to they delivered the food a while ago yeah no it never came . DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They lie, cancel your order and then mark it as completed even though the food never arrives even though the delivery person marks it as complete. They should also be taken off uber eats. They never answer the phone and after driving over there the customer service was terrible. The people are rude and unhelpful.

I placed an order for pizza on 9/3/18 at 12:30pm and it is now 12:30pm 9/5/18 and the pizza has not shown up. Worst Customer Service Ever.
I never write negative reviews not even when we ordered a peperoni pizza from Dominos (12th Ave and 49th ST) and only got toasted bread with peperoni. No Cheese, No Sauce. (Don’t believe me see picture) Now, I didn’t write a bad review at that time, we actually tried them again and this time we never received our order. I called over 4 times and was told the driver has a lot of orders and is on his way. ON HIS WAY??? From where the Moon…. 2 days later still no pizza…..

DO NOT ORDER HERE. After they took an over an hour to arrive, they were burnt, cold, and stale. Tried to reach out to the store, called over 6 times and was completely dismissed each time. Horrible customer service and what’s worse horrible food. Worst experience I’ve ever had with Dominos.
